Plaintiff is a male of African-American (Black) heritage when hired by Defendant in
November, 1997 as a business agent. He was a loyal and dedicated employee and conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. Over the course of his employment with Defendant, he received positive evaluations from his peers and supervisors.
11. Yet, Plaintiff was subjected to racist comments by male Caucasian or Hispanic coworkers,who referred to Plaintiff  in offensive and derogatory terminology. These co-workers
referred to Plaintiff as “nigger-rich” and made derogatory comments about Black men and their
stereotypical attraction to fat White women, and was told that Blacks are hated. 

 Plaintiff was told
he’d have the “black knocked out of him.”
