DURING THE TRUSTEESHIP THE UBC MUST FILE AN LM15 EVERY 6 MONTHS JUSTIFYING THE CONTINUED TRUSTEESHIP
As indicated in the chapter Reporting a Trusteeship,
the semiannual Form LM-15 report required to be filed with the Department
of Labor by the parent union must detail the specific reasons for continuing
the trusteeship during the preceding 6 months.Source US Department of Labor
THE ONLY QUESTION TO ASK IS JUST HOW MANY LIES CAN YOU TELL
TO IMPOSE THE TRUSTEESHIP BEFORE THE HEARING THEY HAD TO PROVE AN EMERGENCY SITUATION EXISTED TO JUSTIFY IT. AS WE HAVE NOW SEEN BY COURT DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED NO EMERGENCY SITUATION EXISTED FOR THE TRUSTEESHIP.

CLAIM THAT MIKE MCCARRON MISMANAGED THE COUNCIL AND LOST COUNCIL MONEY
WAS A BLATANT LIE.THE SWRCC LM2 SHOWS THE SWRCC WAS 10 MILLION TO THE
PLUS IN 2011AND IN 2012 IT WAS RECLASSIFICATION OF ASSETS THAT COAST THE
COUNCIL ITS FIRST LOSS OF 1.2 MILLION
(2) THE CLAIM THAT MIKE MCCARRON OVERCHARGED RENTS TO COVER THOSE LOSSES HAS BEEN PROVEN TO BE A BLATANT LIE.
