2ND CIRCUIT TO GUT NLRA TO KISS FEDERAL JUDGES ASS??????

WHO GIVES A DAMN IF THE NYCDCC HAS TO REDO ITS CONTRACTS.THEY DID THIS AND DID SO WILLFULLY AND WITH ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE. THEIR ANSWER WAS "WE ARE ABOVE ALL LAWS"
NOTE:REMEMBER AS YOU REVIEW THIS.THE UBC AND MIKEY CHEAP SUITS CAPELLI STARTED THIS CASE IN AN ATTACK ON NYC UNITED BROTHERHOOD MEMBERS.THIS CASE IS A DEMAND TO STEAL THEIR NYC JOBS AND TO SHIP NYC BENEFIT HOURS BACK TO NEW JERSEY AND THE FRANKENSTEIN NORTHEAST FUND.MEMBERS EXERCISED THEIR RIGHTS UNDER THE CONSTITUTION TO MOVE THEIR BOOKS OUT OF NEW JERSEY AND THE UBC AND CAPELLI WILL NOT ALLOW BENEFIT HOURS TO BE DENIED TO THE FRANKENSTEIN FUND THEY HAVE BIG PLANS FOR.

A very important and critical action is taking place as we speak. It is critical in many ways to UBC members and their futures. It is critical in that it is an attempt to gut the UNION MEMBERS protections under the NLRA. Those trying to protect their illegal actions are crying "the sky is falling" and falsely claiming that to enforce the law will plunge the industry into chaos. BS. What it will do is make them answer for their illegal actions which they committed willfully and knowingly. While the NYCDC never disputed their actions were a violation of the NLRA and they are guilty of the illegal actions they are trying to justify it by claiming that if the NLRB enforces the laws in place to protect both Union and non Union workers alike it will cause chaos as they try to undue the illegal acts they committed. What arrogance even to present such an argument.
If and when you decide to listen to the audio presented you will hear a clear effort by the appeals Judges  to NOT enforce the laws all concede where broken. NOT back up a Federal agency whose job it is to protect all workers but to kiss a Federal Judges ass and cover for his failures.

While the buck stops at the Judge, under the same concept as the buck stops at fund trustees who are accusing one of their employees George Laufenberg of fraud and thereby implicating themselves, in this case the Judge relied on a court review officer and a US Attorneys Office to not put illegal acts before him for approval.
Even worse are the lies being presented by the lawyers to the 2nd Circuit appeals judges.Any UBC member who bothers knows the purpose of full mobility in the UBC, which the NLRB has now ruled illegal and the UBC admits is illegal to the appeals court, is to payoff to contractors in return for phony majority recognition, phony authorization cards, neutrality agreements and  so the UBC can claim their 8f contracts are 9a. It has been and will be used against all UBC members.

UBC NORTHEAST COUNCIL ACCUSES THE UBC NEW YORK CITY COUNCIL OF DEFRAUDING AND LYING TO MEMBERS
Ray Heinaman.. Northeast Regional Council..They have stated for the record that the CBA was democratically ratified.I have a problem with this statement. They negotiated an unlawful agreement .They then go to the members and tell them this protects your job security members you will be able to get jobs with different companies and associations. You need to vote for this. They said this. Its in the record.Nonsense this did not increase their jobs they were sold a bill of goods. All this did was allow the employer to move members from one Union to anohter and strip them of their benefits so they could keep their jobs. That is hardly democratic. This was HIDDEN from the Judge.

I have commented here before and perhaps painted a picture in reality that would be consudered " insinuating" or extreme. I will refrain from that but will not refrain from continuing to point out the corruption. So mr silence dogood here is another.
The NRCC has been taking dues check off from phila carpenters illegally for over a year. Without authorization!!! In an effort to cover their asses they sent out a disingenuious mix 20/ 20 form with the instructions that if it wasnt filled out you would not have access to work. ( typical intimidation) the last part of that application was an area that needed your signature which turned over your " cba" rights and dues withdraw from your check. They are scrambling because they are open to a huge lawsuit of direct payroll theft. Many men read this and refused to sign. We are on to them
Part 2. The claim that without registration there is no work .... Allll of the sudden puts the council in a bad spot as it can no longer claim that it is not a hiring hall ( agency) which has huge implications for tax purposes and they are calling it a " referral service" but either way its bs. Laufenberg saw or was witness to this NRCC third party collection agency and took umbrage. The bottom line is that there is a huge problem here. The shifting of over 1.6 BILLION dollars out of the pennsylvania economy and across state lines had to set a warning buzzer off somewhere. The same way a pac contribution of over 735,000 dollars made its way to george norcross the 3rd from edison nj to john dougherty ( biz mgr of ELECTRICIANS LU 98) to the PHILADELPHIA mayorial candidate jim kenney. Nothing to see here good citizen.
