IF THESE ALLEGATIONS ARE TRUE WHY DID SPENCER AND CAPELLI ATTACK THOSE TRYING TO EXPOSE AND STOP THIS ALLEGED CORRUPTION.
WITH THESE ALLEGATIONS UNRESOLVED WHY WOULD MCCARRON CONSIDER PUTTING LAUFENBERG IN CHARGE OF THE LEVEL CARE II PHARMACY SCAM.
IF THESE ALLEGATIONS ARE TRUE WHY DID DIRTY DOUG MCCARRON SEIZE THE NORTHEAST COUNCIL TO STOP THE INVESTIGATION OF ALLEGED CORRUPTION BY LAUFENBERG.

This case which i have been tracking seemed to have disappeared but then there was an update in the dockett on 25 April 19.
ReplyDeleteThis coupled with the charges brought by ballantyne all makes sense.
Ballantyne was certainly fired with laufenberg being just 1 of the reasons.
Remember.
Spencer and laufenberg are friends.
Laufenberg was " allegedly" stealing millions from our funds.
Capelli wanted to handle it in house.
The same way he handled 4 ghost employees in phila that equated to 10k a week in which those funds personally enriched capellis own " funds" .
The feds i guess just need the right names of those involved with signing off on it?
Start with team leader (currently) in the phila region.
Than look at the former council secratary who " made it go away" at capellis direction.
Easy pickins for a young agent looking to make his bones.
Seek and you shall find.... Not only that.... But much much more.
“Seek and and you shall find” is very true statement. One would just have to ask for a list of all the Council credit cards and their associated statements then review all the purchases to determine a) which ones were approved by the members/delegates to the Council prior to each purchase, and b) was the purchase made in the interest in of the members. I think everyone already knows the answer to a) and b). Your talking about thousands of individual transactions over the years that have not been made with prior approval or in the interest of the members, all of which therefore is illegal.
ReplyDeleteOne might want to look at or question Mark Durkalack, not sure of the proper spelling of last name but he for sure was involved as well as Mike Cappelli with ghost employees in Philadelphia. Just another hint for you guy's in blue.
