!!!THANK YOU FBI!!!!
FBI RAID OF UAW PRESIDENT EXPOSES UNION AS CRIMINAL SYNDICATE
"What has been revealed so far is not a matter of garden variety
corruption, which has always plagued the unions. The UAW is a criminal
syndicate run by gangsters. The UAW has been exposed as a grifting
operation, stealing billions from workers over years to the benefit of
union executives"
29 August 2019
On Wednesday morning, FBI agents carried out raids in four states, including at the
suburban Detroit home of current United Auto Workers President Gary
Jones, as the federal probe into illegal bribe-taking and kickbacks
reached the very top of the UAW.
Armed with search warrants, FBI and IRS agents combed through the UAW president’s garage in Canton, Michigan, seizing files and counting “piles of cash,” according to a neighbor. The agents also searched the offices of UAW Region 5 in Hazelwood, Missouri, where Jones was director until being appointed UAW head last year.

WANT TO BUY A SHREDDER??
When do we get our good news???!!!??
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to day it's our leadership on this site in cuffs. Great jobb on this blog keeping members informed about the happenings.
ReplyDeleteThis was the end result of the " SAVED GM" plan under obama .
ReplyDeleteIt was a tacpayer buyout of the UAWs pension liability to offset the losses while introducing a 2nd and 3rd tier of pay .
Of course the koolaide drinkers cant comprehend this .
This is whats happening to the ubc.
The 2nd tier of pay was " unanimously" voted in in new york .
It is a give back .
While benefits and contributions still remain the same ( for the union) wages decrease and actual benefits decrease while doug and the boys slit your throat
Steal your monies
Offer no representation
Nullified alll voting ( yet lying to EVERY FEDERAL AGENCY)
wake up carpenters .
You are being hosed .
Pretty accurate assessment!! When ever the notion of wage rate concessions or provisional Carpenters comes up I always respond with “if we get provisional reduced rate members then when do we get reduced rate reps.? “ that is then followed by “How do we beat a low cost labor force that works for cash by the piece/quantity? It’s like trying to win a foot race with Hussein Bolt, you’ll never win!!!” Paying dues for this lack of Representation is a violation of a members free speech. Someone needs to go to court and sue!!
ReplyDeleteLabor Day Weekend Reminder: Peter J. McGuire, the founder of the UBC, was a member of Philadelphia LU No. 8, of the MRC!!! Not the KML Council of Hot Dog gobbling slobs!!! Enjoy the weekend!!
ReplyDeleteI do want to give kudos to a council rep who was a former rep with local 8 .
ReplyDeleteI have at times kicked the can up the chain to address situations occurring on jobs in downtown phila.
Each time their was a prompt response, and a positive outcome , as good as it can be under the current leadership " corporate culture"
Twiffy , thank you for doing your best, and genuinely trying to do the right thing .
Anyone who signed up for the mix 20 20 ? You were all duped .
ReplyDeleteSee ..your union was secretly obtaining signatures on those forms to grant them cba rights on your behalf .
To exact check off dues .
Did you know..... The carpenters union and all unions using representation structure fees, needs to inform you of the gm ruling and the beck rights at least yearly and definitely when a contract expires .
Those rights being that you do NOT have to pay check off dues, AND you have the right to withdraw from check off dues and representation.... Which doesnt really serve you all well right now as you DONT have representation .
So you keep paying your weekly check off dues.... Feeding the council ( where you have no voice) which in turn feeds the international where you reallllly have no voice... So pigs and chimps can stuff their faces and pockets with moneies SOLELY PROVIDED BY YOU ..YOU ARE THE EMPLOYER .
I think its time the carpenters actually united to fire the people stealing you blind, like in any other biz .
Just an outsiders view looking in .
I realize there is retaliation and backlash .
Most of you are highly skilled .
There is life outside that union who steals from you, and once you realize that there is i pray youll either correct your situation or walk away ..remember... The carpenters union worst enemy is former carpenters . who bid against them and theres not a goddamn thing they can do legally .
Did you know that?
Did you know your pension is still drawn at 65 whatever you accrued to your walk out .
Your annuity all good .Actually that must be released after 2 years of non service and can be rolled over into a tax free roth or other vehicle .
Your savings . Same .
The only thing you lose is your healthcare but .... 138 dollars a week in dues more than covers a veryy good plan .
Like i said .Just reading your blog and empathizing with you, but, the power IS in your own hands by either action .
We as members only have two options going forward: 1) Elect a GP who would then turn everything back to the members including our dues, or 2) Individual members file for an election to represent them selves without the UBC.
ReplyDeleteOption No. 1 is more than possible but it’s still very unlikely.
Option No. 2 however is 100 certain based on a majority vote to collectively represent your self with your CO-workers. Most UBC signatory employers would support an employee separation from the UBC and its ever increasing costs. This option could be exorcised in 30 days via the NRLB election process.
As for working outside the Union. That’s only a viable option if you can run work, if not then working as a non-union Carpenter is not an option unless you are fluent in Spanish, can work for cash, and come from the ethnic group that controls the work you do in the area in which you reside. For me and my friends this is not an option. No 2. will be executed if Doug is “re-elected” next year.
We do not need the UBC and their labor ready employment model, we are entitled to the right of collective bargaining without the UBC, and the UBC under the law, is not entitled to Representing us.
john robinson of 255 president totals 2 cars in the early hours of the morning down the shore no police report made but mark my words there was an insurance claim made and a hospital visit made how many reps and organizers are drinking and driving in company cars and getting away with it looks like the next demands to be made are insurance reports from the kml that should help in proving the incompetence and coverups going on in our leadership
ReplyDeletelooks like robinson go some help from from some corrupt politicans to not have a police report made does anyone else smell a Norcross involvement
ReplyDelete100% norcross ..not even a question .
DeleteUpdate .
DeleteIt was not norcross .
The word is that it was sen leader of new jersey .
Rest assured Norcross did not get the police to not write a report!!
ReplyDeleteNorcross is probably worth a $100 million easy, after the sale of Commerce Bank to TD, which was part of a settlement agreement. Either way, he would never lift a single finger for a Carpenter Rep., to help them avoid a DUI!! Norcross will never intentionally jam him self up over anyone the likes of Robinson!! The simplest explanation in this case is probably true, whatever that might be, but it ain’t Norcross.
ReplyDeleteNocross owns spencer, steve sweeney, troy singleton, dan christie, and almost every judge in gloucester, camden. Ocean, atlantic, and burlington county .
ReplyDeleteNorcross also has a vested interest in express scripts , which btw the 44000 carpenters in KML just got swirtched to .
Norcross owns 43% share of Horizon bc/bs of new jersey ..which iron workers and carpenters are part of .
He tried to get all the phila contributions switched over there which is illegal .
They dissolved an entire council to cover the criminal activity .Have you ever read ballyntines charges ?
You are wrong ..Norcross has his name allll over this ..wake up ..he owns the carpenters in this region and is making a fortune from it .
Not to mention underwriting all the pre ks ( construction and operation) from soda tax revenues .
Why would he save ROBINSON or anyone other mid level Carpenter Rep? As you well pointed out he already has a piece of everything, none of which requires Robinson’s assistance or approval. Everything you cited about a Norcross he has been doing long before ROBINSON even became a member!! Did Norcross play a role in the dissolution of the MRC? Yes he did. He collaborated with Johnny Doc, Spencer, etc., to force Ed SR. out of the Convention Center so he and Johnny could control it, then they backed Kenny, the plan was and is that Norcross adds Philly to his South Jersey empire. All of which was accomplished without any mid-level Carpenter Reps!!! As I pointed out previously, GNIII is not going to jeopardise anything he has for someone he doesn’t need or even fuckin know!! All of the problem we have, but ROBINSON not being pinched for a DUI aint fuckin one of them!! The lack of a Vote on everything, the loss of market share, the miss management of funds, the failure to be represented, etc. These are issues that matter not a conspiracy theory that Norcross covered for some bozo. With all due respect. Who knows maybe your right. But ROBINSON is the least of our problems.
ReplyDeleteIm glad you are well informed on gn3 .
ReplyDeleteIve posted on here for 4 years laying out the whole series of events .
Robinson is not a fish to fry .
The " action" however lends to the absolute lack of character and the corrupt lawlessness allowed to flourish with impugnity while the rest is crashing down around us .
It was not only the ouster of Ed Sr ..it was the removal of any and all political support ..removing bob brady opened the field for norcross ..installing kevin dougherty as a pa supreme court justice who redistricted pa voting was a crown jewel of protecting the dem corrupt machine to continue to flourish .
ReplyDeleteThe norcross issue with ed was NOT started with the center .
It was circa 2002 when ed told norcross to go fuck himself when connor/ strong ( norcross insurance underwriter company) wanted to be our broker for healthcare .
Every day going forward norcross being the vindictive greedy power hungry person , committed to destroying Ed at whatever cost
