YET AGAIN A UBC MEMBER IS BEING ATTACKED AND BROUGHT UP ON BOGUS UBC CHARGES FOR OPPOSING THE SELL OUT OF MEMBERS BY THE UBC CEO WHORE DOUG MCCARRON.THIS TIME IT IS IN NYC BY MCCARRON HAND PICKED PUNK JOSEPH "MARSHMALLOW MAN" GIEGER
HEY FBI CAN YOU SAY PATTERN OF CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR.ANOTHER NAME ADDED TO THE LIST OF THOSE THE UBC TRIES TO SILIENCE BY INTIMIDATION AND PERSECUTION.HEY US ATTORNEY.HOW MANY MORE RICO CRIMINAL ACTS DO YOU NEED.
GEIGER GIVES A WHOLE NEW MEANING TO UBC PIGS AT THE TROUGH
IN NYC UBC MEMBER BROTHER JEFFERY NUNES IS BEING STALKED,FILMED, PERSECUTED AND HIS CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATED FOR OPPOSING THE SELL OUT OF UBC MEMBERS.
THE COURTS HAVE PREVIOUSLY RULED THE UBC CAN WIPE THEIR ASS WITH ITS CONSTITUTION AND OBLIGATION.THE COURTS HAVE ALSO PREVIOUSLY DECLARED THAT DESPITE THEIR DELUSIONS THE UBC DOES NOT "OWN" ITS MEMBERS.
STATEMENT OF JEFFERY NUNES
"Hello Brothers and Sisters. My name is Jeffrey Nunes. I’m a 3rd year apprentice in NYC, a passionate carpenter, and a militant advocate for workers. The New York City District Council of Carpenters is coordinating to expel me from our union because of my opposition to a contract that threatens the livelihoods of 20,000 carpenters. The new contract brings massive cuts ($16-$33/hr cut in wages and benefits), reduces pension contributions dramatically for 60% of all carpenters, and introduces a new SECOND TIER CARPENTER that does the SAME work as a Journey Person for $33 less."
HEY GEIGER YOU DUMB SACK OF SHYTE YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO WHO IS WATCHING WHO
THE COURTS HAVE PREVIOUSLY RULED THE UBC CAN WIPE THEIR ASS WITH ITS CONSTITUTION AND OBLIGATION.THE COURTS HAVE ALSO PREVIOUSLY DECLARED THAT DESPITE THEIR DELUSIONS THE UBC DOES NOT "OWN" ITS MEMBERS.
YET THESE ARROGANT PUNKS ARE AT IT AGAIN AND TRYING TO SILENCE OPPOSITION BY CHARGING A MEMBER WITH CAUSING DISSENSION AND VIOLATING THE OBLIGATION IN A CLEAR ATTEMPT TO SILENCE NUNES AND VIOLATE HIS CIVIL RIGHTS UNDER THE REAL CONSTITUTION
JOIN THE FIGHT TO
Stop the Bureaucratic Persecution of a Union Carpenter!
We, the undersigned members of the Carpenters Union, protest against the charges brought by New York City District Council “Inspector General” David Pie against our brother Jeffrey Nunes for supposedly “causing dissension”. We note that Pie has never worked as a carpenter, but yet he brings charges against Brother Nunes for fighting for the members. Brother Nunes was instrumental in opposing a contract that cut wages and benefits and introduced a second tier “Journeyperson”. By fighting this contract, Jeffrey Nunes was actually upholding our constitution which clearly states under Our Principles that, “We do not recognize the practice of grading skilled workers.” It was not Brother Nunes who caused dissension; it was Joe Geiger, the Executive Secretary Treasurer of the New York City Council of Carpenters, for having pushed through this horrible contract without the membership having the right to vote on it and without any prior notification of a deal having been reached. Both this contract and the charges against Brother Nunes are a threat to all of us. We call for all charges to be dropped. We know that all council executives serve at the pleasure of Doug McCarron, who can put any council under receivership, and we hold him as responsible for both this contract and the charges as is Joe Geiger.
Defend carpenters who stand up for our union and our livelihoods!
Don’t allow them to set a standard of expelling honest members!
JOIN OVER 600 OTHERS WHO HAVE SIGNED THIS PETITION TO DEMAND THE NYC COUNCIL DROP ALL CHARGES.

Update! Update! Update! A staff member of the NY District Council is apparently dissatisfied with what is happening. She/he has sent us the phone number of Joe Geiger, head of the council. They are urging people to call and or text Geiger with their thoughts on the entire matter. Geiger's number is:

I just called Joe Geiger, head of the NYC District Council of carpenters. I couldn't reach him so I had to leave this message: "Instead of attacking members who are standing up for the rank and file, he should stop selling out the union."

RICO also permits a private individual "damaged in his business or property" by a "racketeer" to file a civil suit.
Criminal RICO
To violate RICO, a person must engage in a pattern of racketeering activity connected to an enterprise. To charge under RICO, at least two predicate crimes within 10 years must have been committed through the enterprise.Note that an enterprise is required. This might be a crime family, a street gang or a drug cartel. But it may also be a corporation, a political party, or a managed care company. The enterprise just has to be a discrete entity; but an enterprise is not the same as an individual. Thus, a corporation may be the enterprise through which individuals commit crimesLETS SEE WHAT WE GOT DOUGY

SPECIAL CALL TO ALL BROTHER & SISTER KML MEMBERS/DELEGATES.
ReplyDeleteNOW IS THE TIME TO ENACT CHANGE. DO IT AT THE BALLOT BOX, DO IT NOW !!! REMOVE ALL CURRENT BOBBLEHEAD EBOARD MEMBERS AND REPLACE THEM WITH RANK & FILE MEMBERS THAT ARE EDUCATED & AWARE OF THE CURRENT STATE OF OUR UNION.
PLEASE DO IT NOW, CHANGE CAN TRULY START WITH YOUR VOTE.
That would be great.
ReplyDeleteWe havent voted for delegates in 158 for 7 !!! Years....
That word VOTE I find hilarious. Our last election we had so many campaign violations it wasn’t even funny. Number six on the campaign election rules stated that no employee of brotherhood of Carpenters shall campaign on business hours! Yet both employees of local 1856 campaigned daily on picket lines and to apprentices at class!!!! That was a huge violation and not the only ones either. They smeared other members on a daily basis. One agent took a day off to campaign at election site to help out his old local agent who was running and by the way the members paid him for that day!! Awesome huh? What a brotherhood. So much corruption within our own back stabbing local of pussies. Once again I have to write anonymous because of fear!
ReplyDeleteRon McLeod. Uncle Frank.
ReplyDeleteJust to name a few.
Its funny. Ron and Frank have like 190 years between them but reallly only became union AFTER Ed Sr appointed Ronnie biz agent of 1856.
Ronnie was a great carpenter... Ill give him that... But union? Yeah not so much. He brought with him the roll over and take it up the ass attitude ... The heck with it " as long as im working" mentality.
Yet.... Espouses union koolaide like he has a clue , meanwhile screwing members over.
Same thing for " step and fetch " mike hand.
Shawn Anderson... Needed a gps to find the hall ... Until of course he was appointed organizer.
Hocker? For the grace of god he was appointed because if it were left to using actual skills.... His family would starve.
See any patterns here?
They are alll in over their heads.
Mike Hand looks like hes waiting for the feds to arrest him any minute....it is coming...
Lets look at Tapkin. Tapkin isnt a carpenter. Never swung a hammer. ( they dont make work rigs that big)
Lets face it. The union is done as we knew it.
Make sure you thank these fucking imbeciles.
THATS WHY NO REPS SHOULD BE ELECTED TO KML COUNCIL EBOARD POSITIONS. THATS ALSO WHY ALL CURRENT KML EBOARD OFFICERS MUST BE SENT PACKING, AS THEY WILL BE A DIRECT LINE TO THE NEW E DISTRICT VP WATERCOP.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how the election went today in Pittsburgh? Beings we as members had no vote or voice on who was elected!
ReplyDeleteTake it a step further.
ReplyDeleteThere shouldnt even be a " kml"
The philadelphia carpenter... The last union foot hold in the country.. Is nothing more than an ATM for all these dregs who ran their own areas into the ground and then needed a handout to even exist.
They followed the McCarron plan of " 70%" which is a frigging joke!!
All the spittle and bullshit mccarron spews out at his indoctrination camp .... Can NOT be backed up by 1 single verifiable metric or labor report or anything measureable on paper... Except 2 things.
1. Your wages and benefits and work rules are diminished
2. Fatalities and accidents have gone up signifigantly.
Other than that ... The mccarron plan and all he speaks of is just pure horseshit.
I stated a while back... The only way you can compete with nonunion wages is to :
1. Lower your wages
2. Organize all the non union
Since wage " give backs" would threaten the health and welfare of these " appointed chimps" they have shortsightedly come up with yet another plan ( displaying their total incompetence) by under cutting the wages from within over a period of time using attrition.
Not to mention all the self dealing and obscene ethical problems that Doug has created for himself and his appointed " protectorate" up and down the chain.
McCarron switches hotel rooms at least 2x a day when visiting a city.
Why is that?
It certainly isnt fear of other labor unions... Its fear from his own membership.
That in itself should tell you all you need to know about whats going on.
Doug will retire at some point. The criminal enterprise he has appointed is even WORSE than what he is. Until there is a federal intervention it will not stop.
Me, personally, hopes Doug retires and has a wonderful last day. Then god strikes him dead the 1st day of retirement. He deserves nothing less.

ReplyDeletewe are at war with the coolaide drinkers,.
ReplyDeleteWhat needs to happen is, ALL of us MEMBERS need to walk off the jobs!!!! Even if it’s one day a week!!! We need PUBLICITY TO HELP US GET RID OF DOUG MCCARRON!!!!!!! Does anyone else want to help out? Us members in Philadelphia are ready! Please reach out on this site to help organize a walkout.
ReplyDeleteIt’s Monday: Be happy knowing that when you work, you just don’t support your self, you also support a group of Representatives, that because of you, don’t have yo work..........
ReplyDeleteI get where your coming from, it’s frustrating and unacceptable that we are so miss-represented by team McCarron but rest assured no one is stopping work to protest him. The best shot we have as members to replace him is to prepare to elect as many working members to the General Convention as possible. Electing working members to the GC is something we can all work at, and it can be achieved. Get your copy of the Constitution, ask questions here, and start spreading the word. Remember, the lack of attendance at meetings can be played to
ReplyDeleteYour strength. Tell your friends on the job that if they run as delegates and win, at the least they’ll get a free trip to Vegas . It’s unfortunate that members will respond to free trips but that’s the nature of people. It can be used to our advantage too.
With all due respect.
ReplyDeleteWere you aware there were elections to install officers in the KML council last friday?
They ran unopposed. Do you know why?
Because the member body had NO NOTIFICATION.
As you said. We are busy working but a true and honest " union" corresponds with the member body.
There would have been ample opposition slates.
By design.... The current shitbags DONT want you informed.
It is by design.
And the scratch their heads like the chimps they are.... And cant understand why a local with 4200 members gets maybe 60 ppl to a meetng. 20 of them board and delegate and reps. 30 of them retirees looking to score mups.
We dont trust them. They have from day one shown who and where they stand.
I am aware of the lack of proper notification and the low member turnout at meetings. I am also aware of the fact that low turnout can be used to the advantage of working members as well as Staff. The Council Elections as you already know are a joke and you’d be hard pressed to win in that format because of the composition of the current Delegate Body. Now the UBC Convention is another game all together. We can win there with a little effort because the members get to nominate and elect delegates to the GC, and Notice is already available in the UBC Constitution. This is where low turnout at the Regular meeting can be used to the working members benefit.

ReplyDeleteAgreed. You are 100% correct
DeleteIf I were going to campaign for UBC president I would start by setting up a web page that outlined my platform and that enabled members to get involved at their local Union. I would also set up the requisite Social Media accounts. Then I would send letters to each Local Union and Council informing them of who I am and why I want to run, etc, and how they can get involved. If the letters weren’t read at the next Union meeting action would be taken. I would establish a local election committee within each Council that would seek to nominate and get elected only working members to the GC as delegates. GP elections use to be a person to person affair, but because of the Internet you can campaign 24 hours a day for pennies on the dollar. Look what this Blog has done. You don’t think it has an impact? Rest assured we ain’t the only ones checking in!!! Haaaa!!! You don’t have to win every Vote just need enough to get to 51%. Now whose in??? You want to ruin some weekends, just say your running for UBC President!!! Remember we, the members, have the opportunity to select the GC Delegates, this isn’t a Council Election.........
ReplyDeleteIts crazy that in order to run for UBC GP one almost needs whistleblower protection from the current GP and his ( in my opinion) very very very stupid minions.
DeleteSee. I agree with you but would take that one step further.
I would reach out to the
DOL
OLMS
NRLB
IRS
and local fbi
Inform them on your intentions to run for GP and invite them to " tag" along to once and for all see the " current process"
The plus to this... Any harassment ( which there will be) is documented and can be seen in real time.
Irregularities identified quickly.
Illegalities noted.
Expose the sham process for what it is.
And when Doug calls everyone a " deranged loner commie" ( which is soo lame)
Remind Doug that he is probably the ONLY one who has had direct contact with an actual communist spy ( confirmed) because of his wayyyy to close relationship with diane feinstein.
Full disclosure.
Sounds like a plan!!! That’s a great idea!!
ReplyDeleteits time to take out the cooliade drinkers, too many mergers, and too many crimes being committee, they expelled nunez in ny,who is next, its sad,he stood up for all union rights and got black balled,i say the hell with mccarron and his cooliade drinkers, they all have to go,resign, leave, they have made to much damage to the union, feds, get them out now.
