THE BALLAD OF PRISONER UB6819 .. AKA-DIRTY DOUG WEINSTEIN.. AKA-THE ICE CREAM SHYTER..AKA-DOUGY THE OTHER BALONEY PONY

THE BALLAD OF BUSTER MCCARRON

The drums are beating
The pipes are playing
The feds are coming
Your ship is sailing

Soon in prison
You will be wailing
As big willie and the boys
Give your ass a nailing

Spindle Dick decarlo cant help you anymore
He is in the cell next door
Playing big bubbas flute
Like a good prison whore

Your old crooked wrinkled ass
Finally got caught
And you ended up in prison
Just as we all thought

I am sure the baloney pony
Will visit every day
And not run with the money
Far far away

Lets hope you can really
Shit ice cream as you claim
To trade for Vaseline
To help ease the pain

You were always a loudmouth douche
A big man so you said
Now you will be a prison BITCH
Until the day you are dead

Oh your boy little Mikey
He is a pussy worse than you
With you behind bars
His UBC gravy train is through

Your hand picked stooges
Will be running for cover
Singing like canaries
And screwing each other

Nobody will miss you
On the outside you were a punk
Cant wait to hear the news
You died of an over dose of spunk

HAPPY NEW YEAR DOUGY
IT IS 2020 AND WE ARE  COMING FOR
YOU

LOVE ALL YOUR  UBC DERANGED LONERS AND COMMIES

I agree that prison is a must for Doug.
May i also add a slight twist.

His prison term should include a mandatory work day back in the field so he can reap the full rewards of what he created.

    For instance.
Doug will be handed a belt and forced to work for Dale Construction.

He will be told he needs 70 board a day by a fat fck short foreman who couldnt hang 12 himself.

Random rolling start times with no premium time. If he complains... He should be " thankful he has a job"

He will be surrounded by job scared book buying scabs who will work for less but the checks will show full rate.

He will be subjected to at least 1 injury a week caused by these job scared morons who run around with their heads cut off and are dangerous.

He wont dare file for wc or miss a day from illness and injury lesr he be punished.

It will be 121 degrees and there will be no water... He will be told that he shouldve brought his own... As well as his own tools... Which if broken will not be replaced by the company.

We will give him a list of " council reps" to call.
    They wont respond.
If they do.... He will be told that he isnt being " contractor friendly" and then the council reps will harass and pressure him with blacklisting for speaking up about protections.

His contributions to the funds... His money... Will be inaccessible to him... Even though when he was an agent or officer he could have his money freely without rules.

We will raise his healthcare hour requirement without a vote. If he asks why.... Ohhh voting is a nusiance.

We wont pay him ot or premium time because he should be grateful the company even keeps him.

His rerirement and annuity will be taxed and of course a 10% charge will be levied on his monies for the union.

The foreman will push, drive, hurry the men so they make their bonus.

He will get extra money for every board over 70.

Since he cant be laid off as its part of his sentence... He will get every shit job there is but needs to maintain a quota that is 150% over the profit margin bid.

He will then be told to participate in a political action in favor of a politician he doesnt believe in... And if not .... Fined for not showing up.
Ohhhh the prison sentence can be soooo creative.

Doug McCarron should be force fed exactly what he created.
Happy New Year you miserable coward piece of shyte.

Everything you described as taking place on Dale jobs has been standard practice in NJ for years. Those guys don’t care about standards or a career or retirement they work for one thing, cash!! This is why their employers hated Coryell cause he wouldn’t let them operate the way they wanted to in Philadelphia, so they bitched and moaned to Spencer who then bitched and moaned to McCarron. Because Ed “wouldn’t play ball” in Philly with his contractors who wanted to use his company guys. Why did these contractors want to use their company guys?? For exactly what you just laid out, which prior to the dissolution of the MRC would never have been allowed to happen!!

They’re are two types of members in Jersey, those work for themselves and those who are temporary, the latter being those who want to work under their CBA, who want want their benefits paid, who don’t want to work by the piece, etc. But why do the other members do all this? Because they don’t care about the Union or a Union retirement they are working for themselves, and their Reps like Sproule encourage this behaviour, Sproule considers these members to be hustlers, and go getters, because thats what he did. These guys worked for signatory contractors on Union jobs for 40 hours and everything they did past a certain quantity was paid in cash. Why do you think certain contractors won’t hire “Philly” carpenters?? It’s because they want to work the Dale way and they want guys who will. I know there are Jersey based contractors who never worked in Philly prior to the NRCC but the day after we got merged these contractors ran across every bridge they could with their scab members in tow. How many of these members are paid under the Philly agreements??? You already know....

      100% spot on.
We in philly watched jersey implode.
Sproules is definitely a " scab fck" just as mccarron was and is.

Spencer was the 2nd most corrupt steward i ever met.

      What do you expect.
Unintelligent morons that ran jersey into the dirt....suddenly know how to run anything?

      Its an absolute disgrace.
      All good.
We will have the last laugh because we didnt give up.
Despite the overwhelming majority of our mbrs not paying attention... A few did. A few are going to the mat.
These jersey fecks are going to jail.
      Have faith.

Is it legal to spend money that was illegally collected from members who didn’t comply with the MUP program and then use it to pay for Golf outings to Vegas??

I guess that would be a question for the members of the MUP expenditure committee, which I believe includes Troy Singleton, and Mike Hand, among a few others. So Mike and Troy did you approve this expenditure from the MUP fund account? If so does this expenditure conform with the MUP expenditure guidelines as approved by the Regional Council Delegate Body? Is there any approved MUP expenditure guidelines in existence?

      Better yet.
      Find the mups fund.
      It isnt listed anywhere.
      Why?

      What is its purpose?
How is it held and what account?
      Does it yield interest?
      Is it tax exempt?
Who is in charge of the " fund"?
      Who are the trustees?
Who determines what its used for?
      What is it used for?
Where are the transactions both payable, receiveable?
      Where are the recipients listed?

See. These are all IRS questions.
Certainly before paying an " assesment" or fine.... One is legally entitled to a copy of all this data ... As you are being remanded to pay.
      In addition.
Before being remanded to pay anything .. You must be clearly notified of ALL your options in writing and in a timely fashion before you pay a dime.

See. If you arent.... This is called extortion and coercive intimidation.
It is also fraud, mail fraud, and racketeering.

Alll legal writs, which are being violated.

Me? Im praying the new revamped mups includes small claims court.
It will be like shooting fish in a barrel.
      Contract law. Credit ratings.
      Ohhhh the possibilities are endless.
      Bring it on.

Using money illegally collected (such as MUP Funds) from anyone for any purpose would seem to align with the concept of “ill gotten gains”. This concept is a big net that catches a lot of activity. In short, anything paid for with money your not entitled to is subject to seizure and is prohibited for use by anyone. This would include paying the fees for Council Reps to Golf.

I’ve heard the MUP fund account has an approximate balance in excess of $7 million. EST Sproule is that figure correct?? If not please advise.....

Again. You will never get an answer.
It is not a line item on any document that ive searched thus far. Believe me.... I have had access to reams of documents.
      Hint. Check pac contributions.
Money goes to pacs. Pacs release money .. A lot of it makes its way back to the " persons" who authorized the release.

      Another irs question.
How did frank spencer convert over 400k tax exempt to a 401 k to his wife.

      How did capelli do same?

      Delete
    2. Anonymous3:24 PM

Agreed. I’m not an expert but I know an employer can contribute as much as they want into an employees 401. Now an employee cannot deduct more than $18k and transfer it to a 401. Are you allowed to use retirement funds to shelter income from taxes? No. My question is who authorised Frank’s wife to receive $400K, and for what? That’s more rhetorical than legit. Either way, that’s an egregious over payment!!!
