ReplyDeleteDear James Hocker.
ReplyDeleteFor the federal agents reading.
He goes by the alias JR or Team leader in philadelphia.
When you shook down other representatives for 100 dollars for team mccarron did you give them receipts?
You better have.
Its audit time.
How many reps " recouped" that 100 back and more with the council credit cards.
Ohhh crap!!! We have the credit card statements.
Uhhhh ohhhhh.
Soo. Basically. No matter the outcome .. It is illegitimate... I mean more than the usual illegal crap they pull.
ReplyDeleteThis must be contested.
Vote null and void.
looks like justin gets another crack file the charges the web master did the work for you
ReplyDeleteThe team leader has been doing that for years even when be was the Philadelphia Convention Center Organizer and he will now lie to everyone. He is as corrupt as it comes.
ReplyDeleteAgreed! The team leader needs to go! Can’t even speak a clear sentence in private or public. He’s Pathetic! That’s why he was hired in the first place. Stupid and Very corrupt indeed. Him and Handjob are like two peas in a pod. Hang it up Hacker
ReplyDeleteThe JB self-nomination speech was irony at his finest.
ReplyDeleteThe kid who was appointed as a rep while his dad was the council EST will put an end to nepotism in the UBC. HA!
What an effin’ joke!
Anyone is better then teenage wennie dougy
ReplyDeleteSo frank how much longer is Doug gonna make you wait till he resigns and gives you the reins But unfortunately you will be in cuffs by then Oh well
ReplyDeleteAt least he stood up, and forced an election!
ReplyDeleteIf I were him I would’ve passed on the nepotism bit. That aside, I’m supporting him and anyone else that runs against Team McCarron!!! I don’t care who there dad is!!!
ReplyDeleteHey Doug you know who got you into this right? Frank Spencer. You know it, we know it. You let that asshole into your inner circle and he, through his stupidity and greed, is going to destroy you. “Doug let’s dissolve the MRC it’s one of the last pre-McCarron Councils, it’s time. It will go just like all the other mergers.....” and “Doug we got to get rid of Ballentine, he’s not playing ball, it won’t be an issue”. Famous last words!!!!
Doug you may win this election but your not going to finish the term in peace.
Your trash!!!
From day 1 of the hostile take over they thought it was a gimme.
DeleteSpencer for years was able to bully the new jersey carpenter.
Different creature in phila.
They werent used to a push back.
Spencer and his alliance with George Norcross to attain political power in this region... They screwed up.
Spencer truly is a chimp.
Now hes left holding the bag.
Our funds where they could have been raided.
( there stilllll is no accounting of the mups fund they desperately had to liquidate)
Cappeli tried to steal ( with mccarrons ok) 6 million dollars.
Its right on the L 9.
Doug.
Monday. You better fire spencer.
All new york leaders.
William Sproules. Mike Hand. JR Hocker.
A complete cleansing.
Anything less than this guarantees your loss.
Its time Doug. You cant run from us. We are everywhere and our numbers are growing each week we watch what you do.
It is crazy how all of them are just so clueless and they just want power and money. They are blind and think they actually earned those positions without nepotism. In Philly they were hired to do the dirty work and they had to be dumb and incapable to represent so they wouldn't take the leaders job. Then Ballentyne comes in and promotes the dummies. We have no shot with either of them.
ReplyDeleteBy forcing an election they allow platforms.
DeleteNow is the time for ballantyne to reach out to the olms and lmdra and FBI to have them do a ride along. I would also quietly apply for wb status to stop any retaliation from team mccarron.
I do not trust anyy of these ppl and especially since they allll have their root in the " club" by appointment and nepotism.
If the new gen pres voids the ubc contract and reinstates pre 1994 constitution ... Where we the member vote for reps. And ALLLL decisions about OUR livlihood( lets face it... Without a member body paying the bills and funding the funds there is NO union or need for them)
Decentralize power away from gen pres.
All votes. 1 member. 1 vote.
Ill vote for that. Holding my nose until such time more change can be forced.
The phila coalition of carpenters will not relent.
No matter who is in charge.
Fair warning justin. You are going to be held to the same standard.
Did he ask how much of the members dues money it took for his dad to drop the case in his speech?
ReplyDelete973 PTOWN MoFo's the Ballantyne duo won't stop until the job is done get ready your lives will never be the same....you should of left well enough alone Frank and now it's generational....
ReplyDeleteI witnessed oung Ballantyne stare down Cappelli like a hungry wolf and Cappelli withered like the grapes in his Vinyard.....stay tuned folks these guys are Scottish they don't back down from a fight
ReplyDeleteMcCarron won with 94% of the vote. For the poster who constantly posts ‘we are everywhere’ apparently very few of the ‘we’ votied at the convention. Seems like plenty of them showed up though. Apparently ‘they’ are everywhere too and outnumber the ‘we’ 94-6.
ReplyDeleteJohn is giving Justin a participation trophy right about now and will buy him an ice cream cone coated with rainbow sprinkles on the way home. They will be listening to ABBA and probably share a good cry.
I don’t think anyone thought, including the Ballentines, that Justin would win an election against Doug. 94% of the Delegates at this sham convention are paid employees who can’t make a living without Team McCarron.
DeleteThis was strategic move that didn’t cost Justin a thing. You know whose going to be crying?? All UBC parasites who steal a check from the members when you have to get a real job!!
The end is coming and I’m going to be there!!
Im the one posting we are everywhere.
DeleteLet me be clear what i mean about that statement.
I am fully aware that he wouldnt get votes.
The point is that we are everywhere means we have access, eyes and ears to almost every document.
I know full well that mccarron has created a paid protectorate up and down the chain of command.
The point is that we are exposing it. Slowly but surely.
No longer do these actions go unchallenged. No longer do we just " accept" whats " given" to us ... We pay their salaries and not the other way around.
Mock all you want.
There will be a change.
There will be indictments and " resignations"
Its already happening.
We ARE EVERYWHERE does not mean we can outvote the small chosen few. We are everywhere means they no longer can act with impugnity and they are paranoid.
We are exposing them.
With 94% of the vote. 100% of the delagates hand picked in a sham vote ... With zero member input to delegates since they havent had a meeting in 5 months and their names and numbers arent listed so members can voice their concerns.
DeleteYou miss the whole point.
Its a sham. We know its a sham.
We are everywhere means we will expose the sham.
Dont think for a moment that change wont come.
Hows your rainbow mccarron koolaide ?
Guess what.
DeleteThe election is being contested.
You think it isnt?
Monday. 1st thing.
You just validated the WHOLE POINT.
DeleteThe 94% that "showed up" ( by that you mean hand picked ball sacks that have no vision but can be bought with a fruitcup and an i pad) thats the whole point!!
The entire organization is corrupt from top to bottom.
Do your research.
Obviously you can read...try working on the comprehension.
" brother"
frank speziale Is the dingleberry hanging from Spencer’s asshole. Once Spencer’s time is cut short spez will be wiped away. Spez is an over paid it guy. Can’t wait to see you working at staples
ReplyDeleteto mister 94/6 all that shows is you guys are a bunch of pussys not worried about our future just your cushy jobs in there so you dont have to come out and compete against real carpenters if you were any good you would get your own jobs but im sure everyjob you ever recived in your whole 10 years as a union member came from the hall but do not worry the leadership you have voted back in will be leaving in handcuffs only to tarnish our image more im sure you are already in line for your covid vacicne bah bahbah bahh
ReplyDeleteCouldnt agree more.
DeleteIt is often difficult when you work amoungst sheep.
The sheep dont even know they are sheep.
We do.
94/6 is better than unanimous.
Its a start.
No one expected to win.
There is an over 25 year criminal mafia style paid protectorate in place.
Slow but steady.
That 4 represents us starting to peal away the armor.
Its a small cut.
Now the infection!!
We will continue to expose them.
Baaa baaaaa. Baaaaaa. Quick get your koolaide.
The system needs to be changed. It is illegal for representatives that were voted in as delegates to reward the voters with good jobs from the hall. You are not fooling anyone by bypassing the mix 20/20 and placing these team members in the cush jobs before the elections. This system is unbeatable but we will change it in time. It is all about legality and it will be changed just like the stealing of the annuity money, the MUP program, and now the MAP. You will see and when the representatives can no longer be delegates they will then be held accountable for job performance not because they voted for their boss.
ReplyDeleteWe all knew what was going to happen at this convention because we know that 90% of all the delegates are employees who vote at the direction of their employer, Doug McCarron.
ReplyDeleteThis is obviously not a democratic organisation and it hasn’t been since Doug eliminated the ability of members to vote for their own representatives over 20 years ago.
Doug gave him self absolute authority to manage the affairs of every single Local Union and its members but unfortunately for Doug he forgot absolute power corrupts absolutely. All this power has corroded Doug’s judgement and he’s paying for it now.
We’re not going to change the UBC from within because that is not possible. We will however change the UBC from the outside. We will not stop and we are winning. A wise man once told me the wheels of justice turn slowly but turn they do......
some on this blog are critical of Justin --but at the end of the day - he had the courage to stand up- in front of a bunch of delegates who are on the pad- and he spoke truth to power
ReplyDeleteCould not agree more. Thank you to Justin for running against this piece of shit But unfortunately members don’t get to vote for you only delegates and half of them are on the payroll. I know it seems like why contest it but why not go to the Olms you have the proof on the blog the only way to stop the corrupt policies is to call them out on it you had the balls to run against these scum now have the balls to file charges with the Olms it was all for nothing if you do not follow threw !!! Good luck and thank you for standing up to a corrupt organization
ReplyDeleteAll u people see is a negative we have a great life, great opportunities , security for our family, early young (53) retirement. See the positive make the changes preach union ways to our younger generation or we arent gonna have anything soon ! Be safe !
ReplyDeleteYou obviously arent paying attention.
DeleteYou should realllly look at the variable pension plan.
You think you are getting out at 53. Wait till your pension gets slashed.
Google it. Carpenters variable pension.
Look at the wording carefully.
Im pretty sure after you read that youll throw up the koolaide youve been slurping down.
Cheers.
CHAPTER 78? NEVER HEARD OF IT — “Movers and Shakers: Union leader touts Donald Norcross as Biden's labor chief,” by The Record’s Charles Stile : “Here's one that arrived over the transom last week: Rep. Donald Norcross, D-Camden, for U.S. labor secretary. That idea is being championed by Douglas J. McCarron, president of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, whose affiliate, the Northeast Regional Council of Carpenters, is a close ally of George Norcross, the Camden County insurance executive, South Jersey political power broker and brother of Donald. ‘We need somebody who has worked with their hands, especially a construction guy,'' McCarron said in an interview, referring to Donald Norcross' career as a union electrician before his entry into politics … It may seem frivolous to start gaming out possible Cabinet moves this early. Still, the murmur of the speculation mill also draws attention to Senate President Stephen Sweeney, D-Gloucester, as a possible successor. If, by chance, Norcross wins the nod, that would open up his seat in Congress for Sweeney, who would vacate the Senate presidency post he has held for a record-breaking 10 years.”
ReplyDeleteFollow through or it was all for naught.
ReplyDeleteContest the election.
Team McCarron is counting on you walking away.
Again.
File for WB protection.
File the charges.
The one thing Doug does not want is to be in front of a federal judge.
Call his bluff.
There is a well documented paper trail of pattern of abuse and illegal and unethical actions.
Contest it.
Justin you jabbed at team McCarron and now you better follow up with a right because McCarron is...... See the article below. If D Norcross were to become Labor Secretary Doug would be well protected once again. Now would Donald want to go under oath in what would be a contentious confirmation hearing?? I doubt it. But it goes to show you these guys never stop trying!!!

And we are all done.
ReplyDeleteThe grand mccarron plan of 1 set wage for all trades with universal healthcare...
He will have broken every union.
Donald Norcross will crush every union member.
His elite buddies not so much.
This regional power grab has been setting this stage for years.
Who was it that got pa redistricted ( unconstitutionaly) to protect democrat strongholds?
G Norcross. John Dougherty and their corrupt machine ... By insuring that Pa Supreme Court
KEVIN DOUGHERTY got seated.
By the way. The NRCC and that 750k ... Yeah... Most of that went to kevin dougherty.
Ask trish mueller.
Odd they have her in the top 100 labor influencers in the country... A " labor leader" is how she is defined.
Wake up guys.
She moved ALLLLLLL THE MONEY.
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!! That’s all I can say to just about EVERY CARPENTER seriously!!!!!
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhh Doug. You want Donald Norcross nominated as the Secretary of Labor if Biden wins??? Please Doug we know who is pushing that nomination; the acting President of the UBC, Frank Spencer.
ReplyDeleteFrank Spencer tells Doug what to do and Doug follows those orders because he has no choice, because he is suffering from dementia.
It’s similar to the EAS Council wherein Ray Brugueras is the acting EST because Billy is too stupid and fat to manage the counsel on his own.
Team McCarron your end is near. Doug you just get ready for next diaper change.
As confirmed by Team McCarron’s lop sided re-election victory at the 42nd GC there is no opportunity to reform this house from within.
ReplyDeleteThe UBC must be burnt down and a new house can then be built on its ashes.
Would it matter to you or any working member if any UBC Officer or Council Employee didn’t come into work today or ever again?? No it wouldn’t, so what’s the point of overpaying all these people who only work against us??
The house that Doug built is not a house any working member is allowed in, we derive no benefit from this house and it stands in our way of making progress on behalf our fellow members and our families. It must be burned down. This house of ill repute and corruption will not reform it self.
You are 100% correct.
DeleteThe member has been removed from any and all legitimate process.
It is time that the member " removed" any and all money to support those that have decided to hijack this organization for their profit on our backs.
This is a disgrace.
In days gone by.
Unions rose and fell and became corrupt. When all other oversight was exhausted... And legal remedy was attempted.. The corrupt saw themselves as above the law. Through favor and bribery.
The corruption grew and the member suffered.
Check the fate and how that was dealt with.
Not advocating violence but merely pointing out historical facts on what used to happen to " beyond oversight" corrupt leaders.
They say history repeats itself or at least rhymes.
It is cyclical.
Ex-UAW President Williams charged with conspiracy to embezzle union funds: prosecutor.
ReplyDeleteTeam McCarron are you next???
from an earlier comment: "The UBC must be burnt down and a new house can then be built on its ashes." The concept of a general office (and its officers) is antiquated and a financial black hole . . . wasting millions of the membership's dues money. UBC general officers do not perform any essential tasks which promotes the growth or the security for the carpenters membership. General officers are all just figureheads!
ReplyDeleteA new form of UBC governing (internationally) can be developed with elected (by the membership . . . not by hired delegates) Council secretaries. The representative concept of a new structure would provide diverse geographical (regional) opinions regarding the problems facing working men and women in our union.
The new UBC panel would have a chairperson, selected and elected from secretaries on the panel, and would serve only as a spokesperson for the panel. The makeup of the new UBC panel could change as members, from various regions, elect new Council secretaries, which govern their respective areas.
Participation on the UBC panel (the size to be determined) would be non-paying positions . . . panel participants receive enough income as council secretaries.
Interesting. At this point I do not want to be subject to any national body that can tell me and my fellow members what’s good for us. I want my LU back and I want it it to be accountable to my fellow members and no one else.
DeleteI would not oppose supporting cooperation at national conferences, but no more will I be a part of a subordinate body that gets robbed blind and has no authority.
I agree that the UBC GO’s are a complete waste and cause harm to those that pay their wages and benefits.
Hey Georgie Boy Laufenberg!!! What’s it going to be??? To take the deal or not??? Oh what ever shall your fat greedy ass do???
DeleteCome Monday you will make the biggest decision of your life, choose wisely.......
All right everyone let’s keep an eye out for political contributions made to what Super PAC’s. I bet that Dougy is going to try and hedge his bets this time round and spread some money out to Trump, just in case Trump gets re-elected.... Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock........
ReplyDeleteIt’s decision day for Georgie. What will it be Georgie????
ReplyDeleteLaufenberg has been extended until Sept 30,2020
ReplyDeleteThe wheels of justice turn slowly.....
DeleteSeems like all the agencies are having trouble " filing" ...
ReplyDeleteStall. Delay.
This is par for the course and COVID is a factor as well. Georgie is not going anywhere and neither are the charges he’s facing.
DeleteIt’s just a matter of time....
Don’t forget Johny Doc is due Court to accept a deal or plead innocent or guilty this September as well.
