This is par for the course. What is interesting is that Georgie has yet to accept the Governments offer. But as cases go this one won’t get any more attention than all the others moving through the system.

I’m not worried. Georgie don’t you going dying on me!!

Still trying to dig deeper into this case.
Much like the johnny doc case its hard to get good info as they all try to bury the transgressions.

Your not going to get anything out of the lawyers from either side as the case isn’t settled. Once Georgie Boy makes up his mind about his fate then they’ll move to the next step.

One thing to look into is the Country Club that Georgie Boy had members renovate for free so Union Employees like George could enjoy free golf, food, and drink.

The process takes long time in general but will now take longer due to CoVid. One big reason is that there aren’t enough judges to hear cases quickly so the Judge has tons of cases and each cases motions, requests, etc. This is one of the primary reasons it takes forever for these cases to be resolved but none the less the cases are ALL resolved.

Regarding who Georgie Boy could be spilling his guts on, it could be that what George has to offer is not worth much, in that the Feds already know what he’s offering, or he’s got a lot of speculation but no hard facts.

Who knows. Either way Georgie Boy is screwed, because he’s guilty as charged and it’s all in the paperwork, there is disputing that. Georgie Boy is also fighting the NJ Pension fund who is suing him personally in civil court.

Will Franky and team McCarron skate because Georgie doesn’t have good dirt on them to share with the Feds??? Nope. They will be facing their own charges, they know it, we know it, and so do the Prosecutors. These dirt bags have been stealing for 30 years, the Feds have a mountain of evidence to generate charges from. Job Site Steel, Hudson Yards, the MUP Program, multiple breaches of fiduciary duty, conflict of interests, self dealing, merger after unlawful merger, spending millions of dollars of members money on them selves, giving their kids no show jobs, so on and so forth.

Doug McCarron can’t shit ice cream and he also can’t hide from his criminal misdeeds either!!!!!

Here’s a question someone could ask Georgie Boy: What did he and Frankie and Co. skim from the NJ Construction Corp before it was dissolved shortly after it was created because schools weren’t being built or renovated. This was and is probably the biggest heists in NJ history and amounted to billions of dollars spent on what know one could find.

Another wrinkle in this story is that the head of the NJ School Corp was none other than Jackie Boy Kocis Jr. who was also the head of the NJ ACC. Jackie Boy still has an office in the Edison Carpenter’s Building.

The management of this public private corporation was so bad that the acting Gov. Dick Cody had to bring in a retired PSEG executive to close it down. Just google Jack Kocis Jr. and NJ School Corp.

I bet Georgie has an idea of where some of that money Jackie Boy couldn’t account for went.

Doc has very few political people to " cash in" and save his ass.

Way back i was posting about the george norcross influence and the illegal funding of pa supreme court justice kevin dougherty.
As we have seen from very recent events... Kevin dougherty was a huge catalyst in the events unfolding that truly expose just how corrupt philadelphia is.

      This was all a plan.
      All politics are local.

      Doc can give up GNIII.
He will be epsteined in a week.
Ask the sheridans after the cooper medical battle. Oh wait. You cant. They were " suicided"... A case never quite closed.
      Doc can give up Kenney.
Ehhh. Not really a hold card.

Doc can give up his brother...
      Get out of jail free.

      Frank Spencer.
      Trish Mueller.
      Mike Capelli.
      Marita Crawford.
They know where the money went.

He’s on standby. There probably won’t be any progress on Georgie Boy until at least next Spring due to CoVid related delays. But not to worry, justice delayed will not be justice denied.

Georgie knows it and so does the rest of the UBC affiliated criminals. They know what they did, we know what they did, and so do various governmental agencies.

To the Representatives that can’t retire within 10 years you better come up with a plan B because the current plan A is going to last.

With a discovery defense that exposes mccarron guilty of similar pension draws.

      Irs beautiful aint it.

      Again.
Doug claims he is now a CEO.
By claiming this he is " entitled" to draw his swrcc pension.
      But he isnt " retired"...

Under this premise... He is ineligible to be gen pres.

      On the other hand.
If he claims he IS a carpenter in good standing and " not retired" he cant draw a pension and is also ineligible to be gen pres bc of his age.

      Let the games begin.

Working members now know that reform of the UBC will never happen from within, but only externally by members who file suits, in Federal court, to stop Team McCarron’s organised racketeering and criminal behaviour.

Doug, it’s going to be a rough 2021.....eat shit and die!!!

If you are in DC 21.
The roadmap has been laid out for you to eliminate your " pickett" fees.
UBC is desperately avoiding court because a ruling would automatically affect ALL unions using this practice.
      File. You have precedent.

All Building Trade members need to know their rights so they can prevent what has happened to the Carpenters Union from happening to their Union. We as Carpenters and affiliated speciality trade members now work to pay thousands of dollars in dues money, per member, per year to Union managers, that are completely accountable to us members.

These Union managers hire their friends and family, are completely incompetent, spending our money on themselves to buy food, drink, and to party, and all are way over paid!!! And after all this you know what we have to look forward to??? Getting a letter in the mail from our Pension Fund that says something to the effect of “Dear Fund Participant, due increasing fund liabilities your fund managers are making the following changes to your Pension Plan.........Current members will pay more, retired members will get less, the age of retirement will be increased making retirement impossible, etc., etc., all the while your Union managers vote to approve them selves big increases in their pay while they allow contractors to freeze ours!!!
