CASE: 3:19-mc-42

A BANK ACCOUNT  WHICH
ODDLY ENOUGH FOR A COMPANY DOUGY HAS FUNNELED MILLIONS TO HAD ONLY $10,209.00 DOLLARS IN IT

BUT WAIT.A YEAR AND A HALF BEFORE THEY TAKE ACTION THE STIPULATION CLEARLY SAYS:
IF DEFENDANT FAILS TO MAKE A PAYMENT WHEN DUE AND FAILS TO CURE SUCH DEFAULT WITHIN TEN DAYS THE ENTIRE AMOUNT BECOMES DUE !!!IMMEDIATELY!!!!

 SPEAKING OF WTF!!

IN JANUARY OF 2018 ODOMS CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS WAS SUED IN

THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
MIDDLE DISTRICT OF TENNESSEE
NASHVILLE DIVISION

CASE 3:18-cv-00038

BY THE  SOUTHEASTERN CARPENTERS &
MILLWRIGHTS HEALTH TRUST FUND,
SOUTHEASTERN CARPENTERS &
MILLWRIGHTS PENSION TRUST FUND

THEY WERE ACCUSED OF :

 13. Defendant has defaulted on its duty in this regard by failing to pay—either in a timely manner or otherwise—Contributions owed to the Funds

14. The exact amount of Contributions due and owing from Defendant is unknown, as
Defendant is in sole possession of the documents and information necessary to calculate the
Contributions owed. Therefore, Plaintiffs must conduct discovery to determine the amount of
Contributions owed.

ODDLY ENOUGH A LITTLE OVER 2 WEEKS LATER !!!THE UBC PULLED THE CASE!!!!

SO BEYOND THE OBVIOUS QUESTION WHICH IS

(1)HOW WOULD THE ODOMS WHO HAVE RECEIVED MILLIONS FROM THE UBC,HAVE EMPLOYEES ON THE UBC PAYROLL,WHOSE EMPLOYEES WERE ALLOWED INTO THE UBC PENSION FUND  ROB UBC MEMBERS??

LETS ALSO ASK...

(2) WHO PAID FOR THE ODOMS LAWYER BRET COHEN.WHO HOOKED THEM UP WITH A LAWYER LOCATED AT THE UBC HEADQUARTERS.IS THIS NOT A CONFLICT OF INTEREST AT THE VERY LEAST.DID THE UBC INTERNATIONAL AND MCCARRON HOOK THE ODOMS UP WITH A LAWYER TO FIGHT A CASE INVOLVING THEFT FROM HIS OWN UBC  MEMBERS

(3) WHAT ROLL DID MCCARRON HAVE IN THIS ATTEMPTED ROBBERY BY A COMPANY HE WAS 50% OWNER OF AND WHO CLAIMS TO BE PARTNERED WITH THE UBC OWNED JOBSITE STEEL(THE DONNER PARTY ATE MY PRE FABS) DID HE INTERVENE IN THESE LAWSUITS??

(4) WHO ALLOWED THEM TWO YEARS TO PAY THE MONEY THEY OWED AND DID NOT PURSUE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT UPON DEFAULT AS THE STIPULATION DECLARED

(5) WHY WERE THE LAWSUITS PULLED??

(6)  THE PLACID FILING FOR 2018 SHOWS THE ODOMS DID NOT REPAY  $11.7 MILLION BY THE JULY 2018 DATE LISTED BELOW AND AS OF JAN 1, 2019 STILL OWED THE AMOUNT. HOW DOES THE GARNISHMENT ON THEIR ASSETS AND PROPERTY AFFECT THE UBC ABILITY TO RECOVER MEMBERS MONEY.WHAT STEPS HAS DIRTY DOUG ORDERED TAKEN TO SECURE THIS MONEY FOR HIS PALS THE TENNESSEE ODOMS???

NOW WHO THE HELL ARE THE ODOMS AND WHY HAS DIRTY DOUG GAVE THEM MILLIONS IN UBC MONEY
!!!!!!OPEN SHOP!!!!!

"We have existed as 100 percent open shop, and 100 percent union shop in our past, and we currently exist as a hybrid operation. Many of our carpenters are rep-resented by the Carpenters’ Union. Other trades are open shop." Danny Odom

THE UBC FINANCING A PRIVATE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OR IS ODOMS COMPANY RUNNING THE PLANT AS THEY CLAIM..

 During 2015, the
Company(Placid) converted their 50% ownership equity interest in Odom Construction Systems (OCS) into a note receivable from OCS. In connection with this the Company entered into a loan agreement with OCS in the amount of $6.9 million. This notes bears interest at the
prime rate (3.25% at December 31, 2016) and stipulates interest-only payments through May 1,2017. All outstanding principal and interest is due on May 1, 2017. In addition, the Company
provided $3.540 million and $1.475 million, respectively, in additional working capital funding to OCS during 2016 and 2015. This additional funding is subject to the terms and conditions
discussed above.
FROM THE PLACID 2017 FILING
FROM THE PLACID 2018 FILING

!!!DEAR FBI, EBSA AND OLMS PAY ATTENTION!!!

I WONDER IF THE JOBSITE STEEL AND ODOM CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS RELATIONSHIP WILL BE INCLUDED THE JOBSITE STEEL DOCUMENTS YOU SUBPOENAED

Odom Construction Systems, LLC v. Frameco, Inc.

as 3:2018cv00116
Defendant: Frameco, Inc., Frameco Framing, Inc., Metal Framing Industries, LLC
Plaintiff: Odom Construction Systems, LLC
Cause Of Action: Diversity-Other Contract

IN THIS CASE BOTH DANNY AND BILLY ODOM WERE DEPOSED.IN THEIR DEPOSITIONS IT DETAILS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOBSITE STEAL AND ODOM CONSTRUCTION

DEAR DEPARTMENT OF LABOR
THE DEPOSITIONS MAKE INTERESTING READING .COMPARE THEM TO THE LM2s AND 990s FILED BY THE UBC  AND WHAT WAS DECLARED BY THE UBC
LETS CLARIFY.IS NOT ODOM CONSTRUCTION AND JOBSITE STEEL ONE AND THE SAME COMPANY??ALTHOUGH ONE CLAIMS TO BE A PR FAB FACTORY WITH DANNY BOB ODOM AND THE OTHER AN INSTALLATION COMPANY WITH BILLY BOB ODOM

IF THEY ARE NOT ONE AND THE SAME WHY IS THE UBC  GIVING  MILLIONS OF MEMBER DUES MONEY IN OPERATING CAPITAL TO THE ODIE ODOMS OUTSIDE THE UBC MARKET RECOVERY PROGRAM

THIS LAWSUIT SAYS THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY

SO FROM 2018-2020 THE ODOMS WERE SUED BY THE UBC FOR TRYING TO CHEAT UBC BENEFIT FUNDS YET IN MARCH OF 2020 WHEN THE COVID PANDEMIC WAS JUST STARTING DOUG MCCARRON AND THE UBC INTERNATIONAL HAS DECLARED IT WOULD NOT BE COLLECTING A $22,817, 602  DEBT FROM ODOM CONSTRUCTION FUNNELED THROUGH THE PLACID INVESTORS SCAM. THIS IS $22 MILLION PLUS OF MEMBERS DUES MONEY

THE EXCUSE THE UBC CROOKS HAVE TOLD THE FEDS FOR THEM NOT SEEKING TO RECOVER MEMBERS DUES MONEY IS BECAUSE "ODOMS BUSINESS HAS BEEN SEVERELY IMPACTED BY THE CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC.THE COLLECTIBILITY OF THE LOAN IS UNCERTAIN AT THIS TIME"

I SAY BS.NOTICE THE DOCUMENT SAYS THE LOAN WAS DUE IN FULL FEB 2019 LONG BEFORE THE VIRUS.THE VIRUS HAS NOT BEEN HERE LONG ENOUGH FOR THE COMPANY T TO SUFFER A $22 MILLION DOLLAR IMPACT. THE MAJORITY OF ODOM/JOBSITE STEEL  PROJECTS ARE TIED TO THE UBC AND ARE IN AREAS THE UBC HAS PAID POLITICAL HACKS TO KEEP OPEN.

SPEAKING OF DOUG MCCARRON LOSING HIS ODIE ODOM ASS
LETS NOT FORGET THE ODIE ODOMS SPARKS NEVADA JOBSITE STEAL PLANT DISASTER

THE UBC SPARKS NEVADA PRE FAB FACTORY WHICH OPENED IN MARCH  2018 AND COMPLETELY FINANCED WITH MILLIONS OF UBC MEMBERS MONEY FUNNELED THROUGH PLACID INVESTORS CLOSED IN LESS THAN A YEAR

WORKERS AT THE FACILITY WERE TOLD IT WAS CLOSED BECAUSE OF LOGISTICS. JOBSITE STEEL SAID THEY COULD NOT GET TRUCKS ACROSS THE DONNER PASS IN WINTER BUT WE SHALL SEE WHAT THE TRUTH IS.

BESIDES ALL THE CASH DIRTY DOUG MCCARRON HAS GIVEN TO THE ODOMS DIRTY DOUG MCCARRON SPENT $7.04 MILLION DOLLARS OF MEMBER DUES TO PURCHASE BUILDINGS AND PROPERTY AT 600 SPICE ISLANDS DR SPARKS NEVADA.

UBC MEMBERS  PAID FOR $200,000 RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS.

WILL PLACID BE MAKING THE LEASE PAYMENT OF $384,180 TO THE UBC FOR AN EMPTY BUILDING.IS THE LEASE STILL "NON-CANCELABLE"

THE WAGES OF WORKERS AT THE SPARKS FACTORY WERE PAID NOT BY THE ODOMS AND JOBSITE STEEL BUT BY THE UBC INTERNATIONAL WITH UBC MONEY FUNNELED THROUGH PLACID INVESTORS.

PLACID INVESTORS FOR 2018 ALONE SHOWS A $16.4 MILLION NET LOSS.IT APPEARS MICHEAL BRIM THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER FOR PLACID WHO WAS PAID $458,000 BY THE UBC IN 2018 IS GONE AS OF MARCH 2019.IF THE DONNER PASS FACTOR IS A CONSIDERATION IS HE THE PERSON DIRTY DOUG IS BLAMING FOR NOT KNOWING THE DONNER PASS GETS SNOWED IN DURING WINTER BEFORE DUMPING SO MUCH UBC MEMBERS MONEY IN SPARKS NEVADA.WHO HIRED BRIM AND WHY DID DOUGY PICK SPARKS NEVADA

THE FACILITY IS YET ANOTHER SHADY DEAL BETWEEN DIRTY DOUG AND THE ODOMS WHICH LOST MILLIONS OF MEMBERS MONEY BY ORDER OF DOUG MCCARRON

MCCARRONS FINANCIAL BONER

No. 1 Great work in connecting all these dots!!

No. 2 You Union Delegates/Employees voted to re-elect Doug to another 5 year term!! Therefore you are as bad as he and his ilk is!!!

No. 3. None of this conduct outlined above is legal or in the interest of the dues paying members.

No. 4 If working members had the right to revoke our dues payments none of this would be possible!!!

No. 5 It is now time to sue the UBC for the right to make the payment and collection of all dues monies optional.

    Happy Saturday Doug.

Steve Sweeney has made threats and called to have him removed on his appointed seats. Norcross and Spencer changed nj Bluecross blue shield to another subsidiary in Philly And you think people care what happens. Politicians laugh tell jokes and eat together Dems and Republicans same way the council the reps and contractors acting like big shots.

No. 6. What was the ROI that the members would receive had this ridiculous endeavour not inevitably failed??? Zero.

No. 7. Against what criteria was this investment measured against??

No. 8. Did the Odom’s ever propose their opportunity to any other investors?? Would any other investor or bank invest in such an endeavour??

No. 9. What collateral did the Odom’s post to secure the investment from the working members of the UBC??? I doubt anything equal to the value of what was lost.

Let's put it this way if McCarran was in the private sector he couldn't get away with this, it's not his money! How many contractors could lose $22 million and still be in business? I thought the UBC was a union not a construction firm! I guess I'm wrong on both, its neater!

I used to think that Right to Work was a bad thing. When you see the fraud, waste and incompetence of UBC leadership, Right to Work looks like a better idea.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Anonymous8:41 AM

      I share that sentiment.
Up until about 5 years ago.
When i was watching exactly what was going on in our union and many others.

We were always " told" ( propagandized) that right to work was " bad"... Until you look up and read the actual language and provisions of right to work.
That is why ... On here.. Many times... I cautioned people and pointed out the EAS decietful tactic to gather " power of attorney" for signing up for the mix 20/20.
The EAS knows that penn. Is 1 vote away in the state legislature to right to work.
They wanted sigs to insure a dues cut when right to work is passed.
      It may or may not.
I would however suggest taking some time and really reading for yourselves the pros and cons and not just dismiss it out of hand.

One thing it does offer. You have more money that you control and not the likes of these grifters that have " self annointed" themselves to stay in " control"...
      You have the power.
They know you have the power.
The greatest fear is that when a whole bunch of us stand together.. Its over.

      Delete
    2. Anonymous10:12 AM

I felt the same way and now I support Right to Work. Can I vote to elect my Representatives? No. Can I vote to ratify new contracts? Maybe, but the Council can approve any rejected agreement. Can members impeach incompetent Union leaders employees that we pay for?? No. Do we as members have any meaningful control over our Union and hence careers?? No. So why are we paying thousands of dollars in Union dues???? So Doug McCarron to Billy Sproule’s, can work from home, enjoy benefits we don’t, so they can sell us out at every turn, ruin our retirement, and get rich at our expense!!!

It’s time to take our dues back and fire these slobs!!

    3. Anonymous9:21 AM

      No vote.
No meaningful say in your career.
No protection of ANY kind since we no longer have stews. ( real stews) .
      No work rules.
      No safety.
Age discrimination gone rogue ( meaning its half a career or part time job) .

Appointed leadership through sham " delegate" elections.

Yeahh. Ill take my chances on right to work after reading the proposed language.
If im on my own in my own union and paying for nothing.
Ill keep my wages and cut my own deal.
I mean... Thats what hudson yards was alllll about and Doug gave his blessing on that.
      Brotherhood?
      Nah.
      Every man for himself.
      Doug built that.
We are who they forced us to be.

Doug has turned the UBC into a parasitic organisation in we the working members are the host and the Union employees are the parasites.

The only remedy we as working members have at our disposal is to empower our selves to take back our Dues.

Received an email that they will not move to next position in the selection process. Ballantyne had to put out several fires he never told anyone that billy was behind it and it would be looked into. Apparently if you terminate his kid through email it’s not acceptable funny how that works out.
Billy Sproule is a something else I’m sure the universe has something nice for you billy enjoy the ride you fat alcoholic scumbag. Looking forward to hearing when you have to pay out in civil court. Enjoy the ride because when it ends it crashes

I'm right here and I don't care as long as he is in charge the guys that voted for our slate are good. That is what a union is all about sticking together to feed our families and get money. I could care less about what happens to our pension as long as I get the dollars back I put in. He was in on getting us our bonus annuity money too so you should be appreciative.

Hocker had nothing to do with that. The IRS however did. As well as the SEC.

Who do you think forced that?
      Members.
      Not hocker.
      Get your facts squared.

  34. dirty doug is counting on norcross working w/the biden administration, new dol leadership, and new doj leaders to sweep his dirty deeds under the carpet. the shame is how all of the leaders across the country keep their mouths shut and allow the fraud to continue. al bond in st. louis lied to delegates to raise his salary from $195k per year to $275k per year and mccarron didn’t do shit. because he needs bond to keep his fat foot on the stl-kc members. asst est brussel told the delegates that mid-vest vp tharpe directed the council to increase bond’s wages to 85% of his own package. unfortunately, during an olms/dol audit of the stl-kc council, decarlo-shanley stated that the ubc had know knowledge of the “purported” directive to increase bond’s salary; nor did they have any records to support the claims made by bond/brussel. so they just let bond deceive the members out of $80k per year? cowards & frauds! j

Guys you can't be serious. That has to be a bonus given to us from a fund besides a retirement fund. Retirement Funds Don't Just Appear One Day. There is no way they are making more interest in the annuity than what they give us, that would be illegal. That annuity is my annuity that has my name on it. They can't mixed my annuity money with the pension money that would be illegal. If they were caught by the IRS and SEC, as you say, they would have to inform us of all the rulings. That is called disclosure and that's what every ruling body inforces and demands in retirement accounts for the last decade. Similar to the MUPS ruling letter. There is no way our trustees that we voted for in the delegate slate are not disclosing all the investments in our personal annuities or they would be going to jail immediately or maybe after the first law suit. Just relax, I know it has been a while, but you will be getting a complete explanation and disclosure of our second annuity bonus soon because the union is required to send all members this information. The benefits office has to be working on it because they know this and they are paid to inform us and follow the law. Our guys who are paid union reps and delegates on our slate that were also appointed to be trustees on our pension funds would always disclose every pension and investment decision to us all because they got our backs. Have faith these guys give out all the jobs and have the qualifications to make billion dollar pension decisions. Thanks for our bonus annuity, Hand, Hocker, Capelli, Sproules, and Ballentyne. It magically appeared in our accounts even though my accountant says this is impossible, they made it happen. Stop hating and give the magicians credit.

No but we are losing out on our money. Do you understand that in NYC it’s all your money. It’s not locked in with crooks that control your return with some boutique financial company that laughenberg kid works at stupid. On top of that we had a choices to what kind of fund our annuity went into.

Have you ever received a statement from the company that is holding just the annuity money and what it is invested in?

  40. Anonymous12:19 PM

Back in the early 2000’s the annuity was yielding the full market rate of return on the fund investments. Then at some point around 2006 all the interest in excess of 1% was transferred from individual annuity accounts into the Pension Fund. This was the position of the Fund managers until the IRS stepped in.

That’s what and when recall happening.

Never heard that. Even if it were true what does that have to do with the lack of interest applied to the fund??

Wire Fraud??? That’s a routine affair along with mail fraud, which they engaged in when they knowingly lied to members about being suspended for failure to comply with the MUP program.

  44. Anonymous5:29 AM

Just wanted to add MUP was borrowed by the NYCDCC when ballantyne was sent to take their charter. It’s not till they stole Philly that the Jersey dummies allowed contractors to bank with them for free. They borrowed Philly system allowing the council to charge them interest on all late payments. You would think that would already be in place???? And no you don’t get the interest they owe on your money they take it(funds)?????does that make sense?

It only makes sense if you go to work and think like a criminal to beat the laws and racketeer.
The top is a racketeering ring.
Supported by appointees in positions that have no morals or integrity profiting handsomely from the rackett. Who appoint friends and family to share in the fraud. Appoint lower levels that support the fraud.
It is a paid protectorate from council rep / delegate ... Each scumbag willing to play for their silver.

      It is. A criminal enterprise.

Complete with lawyers and bureaucrats and pols. All paid for off of your labor.
