(COURTESY OF BROTHER JOHN GOULD)
"I DON'T WANT THE CRIMINAL TRIAL TO GO FORWARD"
"IF HE WERE TO PLEAD GUILTY OR BE FOUND GUILTY IT WOULD DIRECTLY IMPACT THE CIVIL CASE"
SO GEORGE CANNOT PLEAD GUILTY OR BE FOUND GUILTY UNTIL HE GETS HIS MONEY FROM THE FUNDS IN THE CIVIL CASE SO HE REFUSED THE PLEA AGREEMENT??

WE IMMEDIATELY AGREED!!
THE FUNDS REFUSED??
WHO THE F....IS JUDGE SOLOVSKY
NOW SLAP ME WITH A STUPID STICK BUT SOMETHING SMELLS HERE.WHY WOULD LAUFENBERG IMMEDIATELY AGREE AND THE FUND REFUSE
IS THIS EX JUDGE STEPHEN SOLOFSKY
ALSO LISTED AS AN ATTORNEY FOR BLANK ROME LLP
THE SAME BLANK ROME LLP INVOLVED IN THE COOPER HOSPITAL BOND CASE
THE SAME JUDGE SOLOFSKY REFERRED TO AS "CAMDENS FINEST"
SO WHICH INSURANCE COMPANIES ARE WE TALKING ABOUT
It’s amazing how well things work out covid guidelines are great.
ReplyDeleteIt makes great sense across the board can’t have court.
Correct me if I’m wrong doesn’t spencer and friends have vast interwoven relationships Trenton Camden.
Doesn’t look like the good guys will win this one at least our money is being used to finance this nonsense
Is it me or do this not make any sense?
ReplyDeleteI wonder if anyone affiliated with Sean Caddle (NJ political operative who just pled guilty to murdering his business partner and now a cooperating witness) is also affiliated with the UBC??? Seams like he’s just the kind of trash Spencer would befriend…..
ReplyDeleteThe UBC LM2 will show it.
DeleteUnder Pacs.
Well speak of the devil!! The UBC LM2 should be available for review.
DeleteWhich UBC LM2 are you referring to??If it is the UBC International it is not available until March
ReplyDeleteThat’s the one. I thought it was out around February. Oh well…. It’ll be worth the wait.
DeleteSo Georgie what’s it going lard A…??? I mean it seams like your in your a pickle. Can’t plead guilty to the same charges in your criminal case or else you’ll be doing the same in your civil case. But it looks like your out of time……..
DeleteSo whatever or is anything going to happen to executive delegate board that signs off on everything?
ReplyDeleteOne would think the Executive Body and or Trustees who either approved Georgie Boy’s theft or didn’t do their job and catch would be held accountable for breach of their fiduciary duty.
DeleteIt seems Ballantyne did do his job and caught Laufenbergs theft. He also stopped Spencer and Capellis theft of phony consulting fees and their trying to hide them in any annuity to avoid taxes. For his efforts Dirty Doug and Franky the chimp removed Ballantyne, seized the Northeast Council in a phony trusteeship and dissolved it in retaliation. By the way to be clear Laufenbergs theft for the funds would result in fiduciary breach by the fund trustees. Not sure which Executive Body and or Trustees you are referring to.
ReplyDeleteI’m referring to the benefit trustees who were supposed to be monitoring Laufenberg’s management of the members benefit fund money on a daily basis. In my opinion they were asleep at the switch for way too long and should’ve caught Georgie’s fat hand in the members cookie jar as soon as it got stuck.
DeleteWhat Ballantine wouldn’t do was cover up for Georgie once his misdeeds were identified by the funds accountants. Let’s be honest here we all know that the fund trustees are selected for being submissive and for following orders not for being astute and engaged. Those useless human beings couldn’t catch Georgie stealing their own car while they watched as he said “I’m stealing your car”.
Ballantine was not taking the fall for Georgie or his dirt bag friends Spencer and Capelli which was what led to his removal. As has been said here before, Balllantine took the settlement money and left us with a bag of crap.
Hopefully Georgie Boy is at the end of his rope and joins his good friend Johnny Doc in prison.
Georgie knows he could save himself if we’re to provide information regarding his associates criminal misdeeds. To save yourself or to take one for the team??? What shall it be Georgie??? You want to sit in prison, broke and friendless while Cappelli hangs out in his vineyard and Spencer parties in the outer banks???
I guess we’ll find out soon enough (hopefully)…….
Maybe George and the chimp can share a cell
ReplyDeleteBaby Capelli a rep not even for Jersey what a joke
