IT APPEARS THE NLRB IS LIVING UP TO ITS REPUTATION AS A CORRUPT AGENCY BOUGHT AND PAID FOR BY UNION CRIMINAL SYNDICATES.THE NLRB REFUSES TO FOLLOW ITS MISSION TO PROTECT ALL WORKERS AND INSTEAD PURSUES AN AGENDA OF PROTECTING UNION CRIMINAL SYNDICATES AND TO FACILITATE UNIONISM

THE NLRB AGGRESSIVELY WORKS TO DETER ALL CHARGES AGAINST UNION CRIMINAL SYNDICATES CORRUPT ACTIONS AGAINST WORKERS.AGENTS STONEWALL,LIE AND DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO GET PEOPLE TO DROP ANY CASE AGAINST A UNION CRIMINAL SYNDICATE

THE NLRB DENIES THE PUBLIC ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND FORCES FOIA REQUESTS FOR ANY DOCUMENTS UNLESS IT IS A FAVORABLE DECISION FOR THE UNION CRIMINAL SYNDICATES,THE ONLY DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC ON THEIR WEB SITE WITHOUT FOIA ARE THOSE IN FAVOR OF THE UNIONS

The NLRB has never been unbiased in its decisions, it’s all about the political persuasion of the majority of the board members.

Has the UBC been shielded by the Board at times? Yes, and no.

The biggest problem is not the board itself but the unwillingness of members to bring good cases against the UBC. If there were three good cases brought a year, at least two would prevail. Look at Roy Ernst, he brought a good case and wouldn’t take no for an answer, and eventually he won.

Sometimes the NLRB is not the right venue either, you might have a better outcome in court.

Filing suit or charges is the key, you can’t win if you don’t play.

  7. Whats really strange is that both the Laufenberg civil and criminal dockets are empty. I check everyday. The civil case docket hasn't had anything since Feb 14 which was the day the Judge declared you will be here, you will come everyday for a week and we will settle this. The criminal case has nothing since March 2 when the judge was told a settlement in the civil case was almost a done deal.Did somebody pay off the court to hide further proceedings from pubic review.Rather odd.Hey Kendall Randolph how about an update??

Hey Ray can you explain to the members why you hired a trade show council rep who worked non union and knows not a damn thing about the business? Oh it is because his brother is running for mayor? This rep is a disgrace to the members. He is not even a carpenter and now he is a rep. Are there any other politicians brothers we can hire as reps that are not qualified?

He might also explain why the people sent to these " tradeshows" almost all have a regular weekly job... And these friends and family are getting weekend overtime hits while many many members are out and losing benefits.

The UBC and all it’s affiliated bodies are a disgrace!!! I only hope for two things now; one, the prosecution of team McCarron and two, Right to Work becoming the law of the land in PA and else where throughout the EAS!!!!

Read the language of the right to work bill in Pa.
Seriously. After you read it...you will see EXACTLY why the UBC is terrified of this law.

      2. When the clapping seals of the union and reps start barking that " right to work" is " bad" ...ask them if they read the bill. They didnt.

It is " bad" ... Only if you are a corrupt enterprise masquarading as a Union.

The people its " bad " for is the appointed theiving class.

It would force the union to ACTUALLY go back to its founding principles and serve / be guided/ by the rank and file.

      Crazy huh?

Imagine you were a vested owner of a company or venture that you had absolutely no say in how that venture operates... And its losing money and market position...and you " cant" sell off your shares or withhold more financing without severe punitive monetary fines.
How many of you would stay in that arrangement?
      Without input?

Thats the state of the UBC today.

Right to work is a legal way to end the corruption ( most) and move forward with a product that if its worth salvaging will rise again with a new focused niche and market.
Excellent service and product ALWAYS assures that ppl will be knocking down your door to get it.

As of now. Ppl are barring their own doors AGAINST us in our current organizational structure.

Everything rises and falls the longer it exists. We are in a free fall at the moment.

Squilla is doing the same thing Coreyel jr did. He is working guys on the weekends that are currently working for contractors. This is illegal. The council has no idea how many members are up in arms about this. This slob being a rep is a joke

In any other venue... Incompetence usually exposes itself and fails.
The EASRCC however... Mistakes the word incompetence and thought it meant nepotism.
They do not even hide it.
This rep is there SOLELY because his brother is running for mayor of phila... The entire premise itself should make you vomit let alone vote or support this shtbag. Look at it!!! The same principles we write about here are being used there!!! Corrupt. Deceitful ,nepotism literally stealing money from a membership to elect more of the same criminal rackets that benefit who? Not you. Not the rank and file. Take the political party affiliation out of it and look at the process ... Eyes wide open!!
This isn't " securing work" for us.
This isn't " ohh he will be a friend of the union"

Wake up. He will be a friend of " the appointed thriving union leadership" which continues to run rough shod over it's slaves... I mean " members", who will foot the bill while scrounging for work as they give it away.

Quotas. Green jobs with zip code requirements. More and more " woke" agendas that do not favor labor... Certainly do not reflect the current make up of this mbrship.
