OMG DIRTY DOUG!!!!WHAT WILL YOU DO??YOU ALREADY SEIZED THE ST. LOUIS COUNCIL IN A BS HOSTILE TAKE OVER...
IF PERINAR DOES NOT "HANDLE" THIS PROBLEM WILL HE BE THE NEXT EX EST VICTIM OF A UBC INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL SYNDICATE PERSECUTION CAMPAIGN? WILL THE MID AMERICA COUNCIL BE PUT IN TRUSTEESHIP
IT APPEARS THE FLOOR LAYERS CONTRACT WAS OVER AND THE UBC EXTENDED THE EXISTING CONTRACT WHILE THEY NEGOTIATED A NEW ONE
THE NEGOTIATIONS FAILED AND PERINAR AND THE UBC/MID AMERICA CLOWNS ANNOUNCED THERE WAS TO BE A STRIKE.
KEEP IN MIND MEMBERS WERE GIVEN NO DETAILS ON THE NEGOTIATIONS OR ALLOWED TO VOTE WHETHER THEY WANTED TO STRIKE OR NOT
MEMBERS WERE ADVISED OF A PRE STRIKE MEETING
AT THE LAST MINUTE GARY THE YACHT PERINAR CANCELLED THE MEETING AND THE STRIKE CLAIMING THE UBC HAD NOT FILED THE CORRECT PAPERWORK AND THERE WAS A "CLERICAL ERROR"
IT APPEARS MEMBERS ARE NOT VERY HAPPY
UPDATE
SHOULD BE NO WORK STOPPAGE!!!
HEY GARY THE YACHT.
OR WHAT??
The union way. No better then non / union now. Great work doug
ReplyDeleteOnce again no vote system at its finest. Well done. The best is when they sign up vets(helmets to hard hats)
ReplyDelete254 Dan Saban a real non combat veteran
DeleteThere should be a NATION WIDE Walk out based on this letter...
ReplyDeleteStand in solidarity .
If this is how an est runs his district.
Nip it in the bud.
You all realize that we have the power.. the strength in numbers to crush the entire leadership by starving them out
.you do all realize this?
We all step off the plank... They fall into the abyss..
Wake up.
If you want to be a union.
.act like a union.
Its not a Union anymore, they’ve disassembled it! They pushed the corpse of the union into the abyss and have created a workforce! That workforce is an interchangeable ball of men and women from multiple states forced to work under rules that have no benefits to them whatsoever. The only bottom line is that jobs are filled! This may sting some of the rank and file that read this but the Reps that you thought you might have had a good relationship with don’t care where anyone is from on their jobs as long as the money is flowing in. Unless your a really good underling surviving this organization is an uphill climb because the market share is gone, the leadership has no growth strategy to gain new areas in the market and aren’t qualified to manage a Home Depot. So the only options are actually take a stand or just watch this leadership retire with a large stake of what we worked for.
ReplyDeleteGood luck
DeleteThe fight to reform the UBC is an easily won fight if it’s fought in the right venue. What’s the right venue?? The Federal Court system.
ReplyDeleteA Federal Court is THE last place team McCarron wants to be because they can’t control the outcome. The outcome is largely decided by the evidence and the law and in the case of the UBC the evidence of violations could fill 10 Amazon fulfilment centers!!
We, as working members, don’t need any political support from either party to reform the UBC, we don’t need to comply with any internal dispute process, we don’t need any state or federal agency to do their job, we don’t need to walk out on our jobs, we don’t need anyone but one or more plaintiffs with standing and a Go Fund me page to file a RTW or RICO case in Federal Court.
Take a case that has merits before a Federal Court and it’s over. You want payback? You want to see these thieves get what they have coming? You want to save your career and retirement? Then find someone willing to go to court.
Consider this: Team McCarron has settled every case that they couldn’t get thrown out of court because that’s the one place they don’t want to be under oath.
200,000 plus or minus active members, all we need is one, more is better, but one is enough.
Local 253 Reps and Executive board and hand pick delegates and trustees don’t even know enough to call it a conference they call it a golf outing. I don’t know if the whiz really does his job but for some reason Passaic has more work than when Gino and Mike Dejohn covered it.
ReplyDeleteDon’t forget the ever sacrificing Kevin Goodsir
DeleteMake sure you show up to VOC meeting and events so photos of you can be posted on his social media so he can use it in his personal life be it his affiliations with benevolent groups or when he’s running for election in West Milford.
ReplyDeleteKevin Goodsir has done more good for members of Local 253 than ALL of the Council representatives collectively. Tom Hurley is an absolute embarrassment to the organization, which is typical since he is a protege of Ballantyne.
ReplyDeleteName something he has voted against the council pushed on to the membership.
DeleteHis best work was getting assaulted and punched in the side of the head and he did nothing!
Guess your right then they made that guy a steward!
Your right I think him and the Whiz are heading up a needle exchange
DeleteProbably mad because he doesn’t get to pick a job when he wants to thinking he’s entitled
DeleteTheir you go exercising classic technique of “looking the other way” 😂
ReplyDeleteGive me (1) example of a vote that has occurred in Local 253 since April 2011 that the general membership was privy to, that wasn’t pre-determined in Edison. Unless you are on the E-Board, the rank and file have absolutely no say in ANYTHING.
ReplyDeleteSame goes for Philadelphia local 158. We just signed a new contract. Did anyone “members” vote on it?
DeleteSo Trustees don’t vote?
DeleteYes they vote on collar shirts vs tee shirt 😂 for Christmas gift
DeleteEvery trustee is hand picked and you know it!!!! Dickhead
DeleteThe vote was gone way before that..
DeleteOnce you no longer voted for the ba ... It was all an illusion.. once that was removed... There was no reason for the leadership to work for you..
So he votes with them not against them DUMMY
ReplyDeleteThat’s the point!
