THE COURT HAS BEEN ASKED TO EXTEND ONCE AGAIN UNTIL DECEMBER 31,2024
PROPOSED ORDER
AS YOU CAN SEE JUDGE MARRERO HAS NOT SIGNED OFF ON IT YET
OF COURSE THE HORSESHIT NEVER STOPS
THE PARTIES HAVE REACHED AN AGREEMENT??THIS IS NOT GEIGER OR MCGORTYS UNION.WHAT ROLE DID THE MEMBERS PLAY IN ANY "AGREEMENT"
"The parties and the Independent Monitor have reached an agreement in principle that the successor Stipulation and Order will transition many of the Independent Monitor’s functions (except those in his capacity as the Election Officer for District Council elections) to the Office of the Inspector General."
NEWLY CREATED POSITION OF INDEPENDENT INTEGRITY OFFICER??SHOULD MURPHY,EX JUDGE JUDY OR GEIGER AND HIS CRONIES REALLY EVER USE THE WORD INTEGRITY!!
"In addition, certain responsibilities and authority of the Independent Monitor will be transitioned to a newly created position of Independent Integrity Officer who will be an attorney with previous service in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York"
THE NEW INTEGRITY OFFICER WILL HAVE SERVED IN THE US ATTORNEYS OFFICE
BASED ON THE QUALITY OF THE COUNCILS PREVIOUS HIRES OR APPOINTEES SUCH AS THE INSPECTOR GENERAL I WONDER IF THEY MEAN THE SOUTHERN DISTRICTS JANITOR GOT HIRED AND WILL ALSO GET A TOUR OF DIRTY DOUG MCCARON'S MEGA SHYTE HOLE IN LAS VEGAS
"who will be an attorney with previous service in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York"
APPROVAL OF THE DISTRICT COUNCIL'S GOVERNING BODY??WHAT GOVERNING BODY??SURELY NOT GEIGER AND HIS CRONIES.SURELY NOT THE PACK OF SUCK ASS THEY CALL DELEGATES WHO RUBBER STAMP THESE CROOKS DECISIONS.
I KNOW LETS TRY SOMETHING ABSURD.HOW ABOUT APPROVAL BY VOTE OF THE MEMBERSHIP??
"The parties and the Independent Monitor anticipate that the formal recommendation and approval of the District Council’s governing bodies and posting of the successor Stipulation and Order to the District Council’s membership will follow in October and November. A copy of the successor Stipulation and Order will be forwarded to the Court for review"
TO HEAR FROM UNION MEMBERS "IF THE COURT REQUESTS??" HOW ABOUT IF THE MEMBERS DEMAND??WONDER IF OLD VICTOR WILL ONCE AGAIN DENY MEMBERS THEIR VOICE
"The parties also anticipate appearing before Your Honor later in November or early December, if the Court requests, to answer any questions and for the Court to hear from the parties and Union members before entering the successor Stipulation and Order"
I AM SURE THE JUDGE WILL SIGN OFF BY THE END OF TOMORROW
I WONDER HOW PISSED OFF DIRTY DOUGY IS?I BET UBC FANNY PACKS AND STICKS OF LIP GLOSS ARE FLYING EVERYWHERE AT THE LAS VEGAS MEGA SHYTE HOLE
So what does all this mean? What is the end game and how will the member be impacted? Does this clear the way for a merger of NYC with New England and Philly??
ReplyDeleteThink if they ever get their hands the best criminals in the business will be given it to Jersey and puppet masters will give directives
ReplyDeleteIf he signs the extension it will be business as usual. If not it will clear the way for the rat McCarron to merge the east coast. In my opinion not matter what these rats say McCarron is going to merge the east coast. As of this am Oct 1,2024 the Judge has not signed off so also in my opinion McGorty is done as of yesterday.Let's see if he signs it today
ReplyDeleteWouldn’t McCarron need the judges approval for merger with NYC? I know that was an issue in the past.
DeleteDepends on what this means for the consent decree.Trying to get answers.
DeleteAs I understand the consent decree the review officer is part of the IG’s office and is there on behalf of the court to provide day to day over sight. As far as mergers go I believe that nothing about the operation, structure, or territory can be changed without Court approval.
DeleteRumor has it Bo Bo Ballentine thought he was going to be able to convince the judge to allow NYC to be absorbed into NJ. The judge, not being a Bo Bo told Ballantine and Co. Request Denied stupids!!
NYC has been lost to the non-union carpenter due to UBC tolerated corruption and mandated incompetence. But team McCarron wants NYC as a feather in their cap and a source of more skim income.
That statement is false. NJ did not merge with NY because NJ would then be under trusteeship. The UBC wanted Ballentine to go to NY and get of out Jersey. He did not want to go, so out of loyalty they made him EST of NJ. We see how that worked out for him.

DeleteYou stated “is part of the IG’s office”. Are you saying they are renting him office space? Define “part of ”As I understand the consent decree the review officer is independent of all parties except the court and the US Attorney. Per the description provided by the US Attorney Southern District “court-appointed Independent Investigator” and “The new Review Officer has extensive authority to review the union’s operations and develop and implement reforms. In particular, the Review Officer will assess the union’ s electoral process, its officer structure, its system of job referrals, and its disciplinary procedures. Additionally, the Review Officer will supervise union elections, prescribe rules and qualifications, and approve candidates for office, in order to prevent the perpetuation of corruption at the top level of the union through the election of racketeers or those influenced by them” Do not see anything declaring “part of the IG’s office” Like other review officers in other consent decrees the review officer is independent and not “part of” any of the Unions structure.
Delete.
You stated “Rumor” has it Bo Bo Ballentine thought he was going to be able to convince the judge to allow NYC to be absorbed into NJ. The judge Denied. You say “rumor” and then say “Judge denied” So we do not have to depend on a rumor and simply have to go look and find the petition Ballantyne put before the court that the Judge “denied” I am sure it was there correct. Can you provide a copy of it and the Judges denial

I understand that the review officer is independent and in charge of all council affairs. The part about being part of the IG’s office is incorrect.
DeleteI do know they, the UBC and Ballantine were trying to get approval to merge NYC with the NERCC. I believe based on what the rumors, secrets and lies floating around at the time were that they, McCarron and Ballentine, thought the court would be open to a merger, why they believed that I don’t know. Maybe it was purely wishful thinking. Minus a formal petition it never went further than informal discussions. There was a period of time around 2016/17 after Philly got merged with the NERCC, before Ballentine was booted from the inner circle of trust, that he thought he had a real chance of getting NYC. At one point he rolled out a corruption hot line that matched NYC’s among other policies. Reps in NY and NJ all thought a merger was inevitable as well. For what that’s worth.
Either way I know McCarron would love to see NYC, and the EAS dissolved and merged into the Boston Council.
Does any of this speculation matter?? Nope. Who cares who’s king of turd island, it’s still an island made of turds!!!
I would love to see NJ merged and some NJ tool bags gone. They are only in the positions they are because they don’t think for themselves and are told what to do. Just look at the Edison Office.
DeleteWait till after the convention
ReplyDeleteLook another Union, the ILA, that actually went on strike for better wages and conditions just got a 66% wage increase??? Say what?? Something that will never happen here at the pro-contractor UBC!!!
ReplyDeleteBallantyne never wanted to merge with New York trust me on this. They didn’t give him the job of EST out of loyalty either as per the bylaws the president appoints until such time as an election can be held. He took the top spot won an election.
ReplyDeleteYou said it, appointed. Who appointed him? And who would go against the person who appointed him ? Just like John settled his lawsuit instead of forcing them into court. I guess the Boy Scout was afraid of losing or having his dirty secrets out in court.
DeleteBallantyne wanted NYC don’t kid your self, he got bit by the delusions of grandeur bug. He became so delusional that he thought he was independent of his Bosses Frank and Doug.
DeleteSince does any Council care about the by laws. No one had the guts to stand up for what is right.
DeleteYou call always tell us his dirty secrets?
ReplyDeleteBallantine doesn’t have any dirty secrets everything he did and didn’t do is recorded on any number of financial records and by the loss of market share throughout the region he managed. John is and was like the like rest of his team McCarron peers; over paid and grossly incompetent. All he could do is manage decline he never increased market share. He’s not an EST today because he got in a pissing match with his bosses. He could’ve fallen on his sword and caused a lot of damage to the McCarron syndicate but he chose taking more of our money through a massive seven figure settlement.
DeleteYeah you’re so right ever since Billy sproule Anthony Abrantas and Tom Hurley have contributed so much. Making the carpenters great again
DeleteDon’t forget Hurley has his group of hand pick drug addicts that work directly for Jersey city so many hours
DeleteTom Hurley guy who cried corruption about local 6 at a 300 hitters now has ability to man jobs for the membership but just cycles his own dirty phucks
DeleteMike Hand also did great for our local. Don’t forget about him and his boss Guy Pigliacelli. Show some love
DeleteHurley has been a rat for Ballantyne for the past 20 years. They are both “free masons” and feed off of each other. Tom Hurley did not get hired as a rep because of being smart… he has been a prostiitute for Ballantyne since he got into the local. He is a stupid kid “ from the hood” of Jersey City who has just about mastered the English language. It is no wonder that we have lost all of the market share in Hudson County with this jackass at the helm. The local is tanking fast!!!
DeleteWhat about all the coffees he’d bring the buttinos
DeleteReal mental midget 😂
DeleteIf he’s was his rat it’s only because he’s a double crossing rat 🐀
Delete“He could’ve fallen on his sword and caused a lot of damage to the McCarron syndicate”
ReplyDeleteActually in my opinion no he could not and it is my understanding he did not get a 7 figure payout. If you have proof of a payout amount I would like to see it. Not defending Ballantyne and you are correct “He’s not an EST today because he got in a pissing match with his bosses”. He did their bidding until they turned on each other. However based on everything that has happened since the lawsuit regardless of what path he took Ballantyne could not do shyte even if he wanted to. The US Attorney, EBSA, NLRB and OLMS are all controlled by Union/UBC bought and paid for political hacks and they worked to shut down all efforts to go after the UBC criminal syndicate. Had Ballanynte tried to further expose these douche bags their political protection would have shut it down just as they did the 9 subpoenas, EBSA,OLMS and NLRB .
Regardless of his intentions the lawsuit filed by Ballantyne did serve the membership in that it exposed the rats Spencer and Capelli and took out Laufenberg and his cronies. Funny how Capelli also quietly slipped away right after as well. The lawsuit also is the reason the US Attorney started to act, the reason for the 9 subpoenas and the reason the EBSA pretended to investigate.
I thought he got $6 million to settle and drop his suit. I do agree that his suit did shed light on Spencer and company but it was the tip of the iceberg that sunk back under the sea after he settled.
DeleteCappelli dirtied his shorts and ran for the hills after the lawsuit hit the street cause he figured the jig was up.
But then it was crickets from the Feds, minus the Grand Jury, but that never amounted to anything.
Go Birds!!!
Funny council never leaked about the second lawsuit with Justin Ballentyne and Verrelli
DeleteWhat was there to leak? They both eventually got paid and they took there settlement and sailed off into the sunset. A win for Verrelli, another nice bump to his retirement package. As for Justin, he got knocked off the UBC tit way early. But at least he’s got his dad….
