STATEMENT OF JEFFERY NUNES
"Hello Brothers and Sisters. My name is Jeffrey Nunes. I’m a 3rd year apprentice in NYC, a passionate carpenter, and a militant advocate for workers. The New York City District Council of Carpenters is coordinating to expel me from our union because of my opposition to a contract that threatens the livelihoods of 20,000 carpenters. The new contract brings massive cuts ($16-$33/hr cut in wages and benefits), reduces pension contributions dramatically for 60% of all carpenters, and introduces a new SECOND TIER CARPENTER that does the SAME work as a Journey Person for $33 less."
HEY GEIGER YOU DUMB SACK OF SHYTE YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO WHO IS WATCHING WHO

RICO also permits a private individual "damaged in his business or property" by a "racketeer" to file a civil suit.
Criminal RICO
To violate RICO, a person must engage in a pattern of racketeering activity connected to an enterprise. To charge under RICO, at least two predicate crimes within 10 years must have been committed through the enterprise.Note that an enterprise is required. This might be a crime family, a street gang or a drug cartel. But it may also be a corporation, a political party, or a managed care company. The enterprise just has to be a discrete entity; but an enterprise is not the same as an individual. Thus, a corporation may be the enterprise through which individuals commit crimes LETS SEE WHAT WE GOT DOUGY1954 (relating to unlawful welfare fund payments)section 1343 (relating to wire fraud), section 1344 (relating to financial institution fraud)section 664 (relating to embezzlement from pension and welfare funds)section 1341 (relating to mail fraud),section 1503 (relating to obstruction of justice), section 1510 (relating to obstruction of criminal investigations), section 1511 (relating to the obstruction of State or local law enforcement), section 1512 (relating to tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant), section 1513 (relating to retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant), 1957 (relating to engaging in monetary transactions in property derived from specified unlawful activity)

A) He really looks like the Stay Puffed Marshmallow Man!!!
ReplyDeleteB) Any UBC member’s speech, including Nunez’s, is fully protected by the first amendment, as outlined in the LMRDA Union Members Bill of Rights, the US Constitution, the only constitution that matters, and confirmed recently by the US Supreme Court!!!!!
C). We as members do not have to pay dues to the UBC that fails to represent us as we see fit!!!! Who uses our money to persecute members that speak in opposition to what they do at our expense.
It won’t matter who the EST is, or who the GP is, or even if we get our Vote back, if paying dues becomes Voluntary, as it should be, then WE get the control back!!!!
Fear and intimidation that's how they keep their control it all starts from the top from McCarran
ReplyDeleteEvery union carpenter in Nunes local should stand up for this guy hands down! Here’s a guy who is fighting for the members lively hood and career! This union is out of control and mind!! They literally do as they please and basically tell the DOL tho mind their business!!! How much longer can Doug McCarron and his corrupt leaders keep getting away with their illegal tactics? It’s embarrassing to the DOL and the rest of the agencies that are supposed to be protecting the members. It goes to show you that these government agencies are in bed with these crooks and they are just as guilty!!! President Trump needs to be notified. I know he is put pieces in place to take down these clowns but it’s not happening fast enough. I urge all members to email or write to any official that they think might help. Tell them what is going on within our so called union. Trump is at a point where he needs our support so now is the time to send as many emails as we can. Believe me, if he gets wind of a couple hundred thousand members will vote for him if he at least has Doug the balless investigated, he will get the ball rolling.
ReplyDeletethis is the wave of the future our members need to be prepared if this 3rd year apprentice has the balls to take these pos to court we all should have them to great luck to you Jeffrey thanks for showing our members not to take there threats and harresment its on boys a big F???YOU TO macarrons team
ReplyDeletethe carpenters union has an ad out that right to work states earn 1500 less god dam that's hilarious ok so take away our 4to 6000 in dues and how much more will we earn then don't sound as bad as they make it out to be
ReplyDeleteThey cant spin it.
DeleteFor years we have been lied to on every facet of our " union" .
Intimidated with falsehoods.
Coerced with untruths.
Punished for asking questions.
Blacklisted.
Stolen from.
Manipulated.
Rights denied or hidden.
Allll with the abandonment of representation.
The excuses are many.
The accountability is none.
Walk away.
Depending on the language in the rtw bill... If members critically read it.... It is a better deal.
ReplyDeleteSince pensions are now a crap shoot and can be unilaterally cut by mccarron... Health care is overpriced by design.
Reality. It costs about 80 dollars a week to cover a carpenter and a family yet you contribute almost 600 dollars a week...if you take out the check off dues you have your healthcare coverage and a private pension contribution started.
Ask yourself?
How are you represented. Our union is at odds with the rank and file.
Its time to punish them.
No vote.
Hand picked ball bags rubberstamping an agenda.
No job assignments from a hall.
No policing of rules.
No rules.
No rights.
Time to walk away.
I concur. We are forced to spend thousands of dollars for a pension that won’t pay us back, for healthcare that’s way over priced, and for representation we don’t receive. I didn’t sign up for a high priced Labor Ready!!! Would I pay dues as I have in the past?? Yes provided I get my local Union back, my right to participate in collective bargaining, my right to Vote by secret ballot to choose who represents me, the elimination of Union Reps being able to serve as Delegates, my right to vote by secret ballot for or against new contracts, the elimination of provisional journeyman, the MUP program, the elimination of the UBC, etc. Until that happens I’m withholding my dues!! Get worried dirt bag Union Reps, your about to have a decline in funding.
DeleteI concur. We are paying " protection" money.
DeleteJust like the old mob racketts.
When will people realize that frank spencer is tied to organized crime and has brought that " leadership" here under the false front of a " legitimate" enterprise.
Again. IRS. You are being duped and lied to repeatedly.
Union rank and file are simply asking for a full forensic audit, that includes family and associates.
With member interviews and in put.
It is ironic. For years these agencies could never get cooperation from members.
Now... Members are willing to speak and give them clear direction as to who the players are and where the money and bodies are. The agencies balk.
I guess the payoff is worth it to them.
Real simple.
Look at lm2.
Go to section 5.
Look at " investments"
The 2 listed are enough to put the average citizen in jail for 20 years.
Thats without trying.
If you review each line item one by one. Esp the pac funding.. There arent enough jails for whats in that net.
I got to ask what it’s in Sec 5? I hate to say it, I don’t have the time to look.
DeleteIf Nunez doesn’t settle this case it will be a trial worth attending.
