I know 1 lawyer for sure.
    Ray Heineman.

Go back to amendment 45q in the ubc constitution.

    Hey new york.
    File. You have precedent.

Then when quinn writes you a letter about " laches" and " unstoppel"
Laugh at him and tell him youll see him in court.

Laches. He goes down in flames.
Unstoppel is a preposterous legal arguement.

    Not for nothing.
    We are a united brotherhood.
We serve under the same umbrella.

It is plausible that me being from the eas council can file on behalf of the new york council brothers because we are " united"...
I am making a call today to build upon roys precedent.
    Ill post the outcome.

It would stand to reason. That another council member working in new york... Would be exempt from their mups... If i am... So should they.

These idiots thought he was some kind of wizard he’s definitely a lawyer who should stay away from racial discrimination cases. He’s a joke google his name and his Firn pops up (Down For Maintenance) probably use same hacks that do the Jersey carpenters site!

He’s trying to create plausible deniability between himself and the planned changes to our Pension Fund so he can say “I retired because I couldn’t vote to approve the proposed changes”.

The truth is If he couldn’t retire he’d stay in board and vote Yes to any changes he was told to vote for in order to keep his job!!

Dave Laggas what’s it like not getting your international pension. I remember how you had such a big mouth it’s finally been shut. Maybe you can get your spot back on the VOC or be a real union brother and charge people for “you can” like you did with the mups.

How does McCarron get away with these crimes? For several years, Doug McCarron served on the board of directors of the Union Labor Life Insurance Company (ULLICO). In this capacity, however, he was caught up in two scandals.

The first ULLICO scandal occurred in 2002. In June 1998, the New York City local of the carpenters union hired Zenith Administrators, a ULLICO subsidiary, to oversee the union's $1.7 billion pension and benefit funds. In 2002, federal prosecutors and DOL investigated the company for allegedly obtaining the contract through McCarron's influence. DOL sued ULLICO and Zenith Administrators for mismanaging the union's funds, although McCarron himself was not accused of any crimes.[21]

In 2003, McCarron was caught in a second scandal at ULLICO. ULLICO president, chairman and chief executive officer Robert Georgine had instituted a stock trading scheme whereby ULLICO board members – most of whom were labor union officials – could purchase the company's stock at a low price. Since ULLICO was a privately held company, the board members themselves set the stock price. Once they had set the price higher, they could sell their stock at a large profit. The stock repurchase scheme was uncovered, and McCarron and the other directors accused of breaching their fiduciary duty and breaking federal and state securities laws.[22] McCarron returned his profits to ULLICO and resigned from the board.[23]

Hopefully McCarron’s ability to evade charges for his criminal actions has come to an end. What he’s done with Job Site Steal, the dissolution of so many Regional Councils, using member dues money to pay for everything except that which benefits working members, etc., etc., will, I think and hope, ensnare McCarron.

Time will tell..... with CoVid vaccines to be widely available this May courts should be back open for in person proceedings.

Johnny Doc is also now facing real criminal charges which are going to lead to real prison time unless he talks. This is a big change over his previous charges related to misuse of Union funds. Georgie Boy will also be coming to terms with the US Goverment as well for his own misdeeds.

I think this summer will be especially hot for team McCarron.

Philly what did you get as a return on your annuity for 2020?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Anonymous10:16 PM

Which annuity? The first annuity or the second annuity?

  12. Anonymous9:04 AM

They both won’t yield more than the 30 year treasury bond rate.

Yes a few years ago majority of the membership lost because how THEY chose to invest. So they put us in a conservative fund.
I still believe they put our money in another fund and spit the nut shells at us.

Lost? Have you looked at the 5,10, and lifetime returns on all the investments in the savings plan. Not one has lost but the 30 year bond rate when inflation is higher. My lifetime rate of return in the savings plan is easy double digits but it is still crumbs because they only let me put in 75 cents which is around 5 percent of our retirment. The only one that is lost and losing is you and members like you are why they can get away with this. They are giving you 1.46 bond rate when inflation is higher and they are investing in real estate, stocks, businesses, etc. Come on man.

If you log into your benefit fund account you check the rate of return on the annuity and if I recall correctly it’s 1.46%.

Our annuity at one point over ten years ago yielded a good return then it switched around at some point after 2008.

What are you considering a good rate of return? Give us a number

      Delete
    2. Anonymous6:41 AM

At least 7%. 5% should be the absolute minimum. In the early 2000’s the annuity yielded 8, 9, 10%, so what happened??

We are losing hundreds of thousands of dollars in ROI over the course of our careers, which is compounded by the proposed loss of the double bubble and an increase in the age of retirement.

      You are not alone.
Over 25 years of records and letters and statements being handed over.
They arent used to us " standing up".. Im asking for an audit of my own paperwork which is disclosure of how the entire program was operated.
We actually have the " key" in our own possesion to open this box.
The criminality is in our paperwork.

The IRS has been looking at this and carefully building a case.
The more data they have... The quicker they can bring it forward.
The benefit security investigators are definitely pursuing this.
Wheels turn slow. They are turning.
Sproules is a hand puppet in this.

The bigger influencing target is already in hot water with camden tax fraud.
Trish. Troy. Ballantyne.. All minor useful idiots but not forgotten.

Some EAS locals have just absorbed some of the industrial locals that we were told at our last meeting have been dissolved by mccarron to save money. As usual there seems to be more to the story and it seems odd that their pension was just bailed out now the locals are dissolved. https://www.inquirer.com/business/bailout-pensions-jobs-retirement-richard-neal-wendell-young-guild-20210308.html
