This is complete garbage!!! Billy Sproule is not an Ass Face!! He could’ve done anything he wanted, like be a heart surgeon, astronot, investment banker, but luckily for us he decided to be a Carpenter and then a Union employee!!!

Now he’s working hard to keep us members out of the Convention Center, he’s bringing in B members, he’s going to eliminate the double bubble for retirees, increase the age of retirement for working members, pay him self almost half a million dollars a year, and let non-signatory contractors gain market share just like they have every where else outside the old MRC.

And all he gets for all this representation is head aches and investigations!!!

Ask the Ballantynes they knew Billy was going after your double that means everyone at the council and international knew it.
Don’t worry about them they have another settlement coming to them.

Wait till you se the contractors that leave the union after the union switches us. to variable rate pension. The union wanted it switched so bad. They sweetened the deal for the contractors so they would not be liable for the pension fund. The liability always worked to keep the contractors union they would owe to much to leave. But Pandora’s box has been opened again. Whoever that thinks billy sprolles is for the members is an idiot !!!! Just sit back and watch our futures go away like the bulletin Mess with people’s retirement is a new low even from these scumbags. People do crazy shit when there means of survival are ruined. But be glad soroles makes a half million for making the shit happen just like the payoff 250000 to Brock to get things done I know sprolles is an idiot so I can hope the Feds sr the documents soencer had you sign SOENCER will use as a buffer. I did not sign that. Arse face most certaintly did

Hand said that Sproule hates what the Philly carpenters get as far as retirement etc. etc. Supposedly Arseface Sproule doesn’t like the fact that Philly carpenters can retire and still go back to work. Come on fatass, only you and Handjob are aloud to make more money for you and your family. At least Philly carpenters are knowledgeable and capable of being rehired after retirement. Not like you two suckasses who only have a job because you guys have the best knee pads in the business.

Reallly big issue pointed out here.
The contractors will have no reason to stay.
      We are already seeing that.
      LF Driscoll. Not signed.
      Intech. Weaning the union away
      Turner.
      TN Ward.
      Skanska. Not signed in jersey.

Now the subs are in essence free to go.
1st it will be to use up the apprentices, and provisionals.
Then ( as it is now) shift to non union. We already have no work rules ( thanks mike hand) .

The direct removal of qualified protected stewards from the job sites was the 1st step in allowing the breakdown and move to non union. Alll of you pay dues in essence as a pay to work protected status.
      You no longer have that.
If a steward isnt " protected" neither are you.
What are we paying dues for.
To belong to a club that doesnt actually provide what it used to?

What do they do with the interest they earn on the 5 percent they take out of every members gross wages from their paycheck? Isn’t that enough to get members teeth cleaned and a pair of glasses?

They spend it on them selves. Look at the LM2, you can see how much they spend on restaurants, delegate meetings, entertainment, hotels and travel, so on and so forth.

No we never have vision or dental even though laughenberg and ballantyne promised we would. Instead they made a HRA account then you had to go through authorization process. Then a year or two the rolled out a debit card they said they wanted to roll it out fast . You know carpenters reinventing a doorstop. They act like they couldn’t complete coding for card to work on dental and such other medical needs so you still have to go through authorization. (It’s been sometime now no adjustments) It’s easy they just don’t want you to access your own money. Spencer and norcross not moonface billy I know some of you think he’s behind so much. After they tossed ballantyne they moved our funds to do business with independence administrators a Bluecross company in Philly leaving horizon Bluecross as ballantyne was and still on the board a position he always wanted just as a seat on the njsea don’t worry he still holds those positions. I don’t think anyone completely knows how much these guys swindle and capitalize on.
They say this site is monitored by various government organizations of law. I guess like so many other things as Americans like to watch a great disaster unfold and say how did that happen.

    Where is the work?
North Jersey , central jersey, south jersey, maryland, delaware, western pa.... Alllll flocking to phila like locusts to pick the bones of a dying carcass while ( god forbid) phila carpenters find no work in their own back yards.

In the meantime... These travelling circus cartoon carpenters are basically non union.
They bought a " ticket" and bend over and gave away ANY union benefits.
    Congratulations.

Billy Sproules " go getters" .

Non Union scab hacks with a t shirt.

How right you are Jersey southern locals always had nothing but they root for the eagles with you. Wait till your double bubble pops like a soap bubble πŸ˜‚ don’t be mad at me call Dan Christy Tricia Muller and Troy Singleton (even though he’s gone he can help anything from cat declaws or wait you were a junk box and your kid now has a genetic disorder yeah he’ll push some nonsense on the floor in Trenton for you) ask him about your MUP money)

They work 60 hours a week and get paid forty on the books, the rest is cash. What about the benefits?? They get paid back to Pittsburgh, NJ, or MD, none are paid in to the local Philadelphia Benefit Funds.

The members/reps/employees who go along with the changes brought to us by McCarron, do so because they can’t support them selves in any other line of work.

Like feral cats who come back because they are fed, the former MRC employees come back to work every morning because the Union keeps paying them.

We are not members of a Union anymore, we haven’t been since the MRC was dissolved.

      There is no " union".
When you are now faced with violating your own principles to " keep your job" ... When you cant speak up... Even through the steward ( who is no longer protected)... When there is no work rules that are supported from the top of your organization... And not supported by each other... And all becomes backstabbing and kneeling to " stay working".
The dues structure MUST be revisited. Why are we paying dues.
Companies know they can run roughshod over the members.
The " leadership" has been selling books and stopped training apprentices in anyyy union founding doctrines.
Replacing the work force with " scab", DANGEROUS, morons who have no sense as to how to function on a supposed union jobsite. Signing contracts that promise NO job action or observation of conditions or safety...replacing members well trained in their craft with provisionals and book buying travellers... Meanwhile the end product and craftsmenship is crap. Why are we paying for a membership to a club ... That offers nothing... But a " promise" of a retirement , yet making that concept obsolete with the largest " part time job" status.
Funds that are stacked against you. Funds that truly arent yours until they are actually in YOUR account.
      We are kidding ourselves.
      Wake up.

Prior to 2016 I looked forward to a positive career and a good retirement. Today I just hope to retire, and I know now I don’t have a career, I have a job that can be taken away for any reason. This is the change that McCarron brought us.
