AFTER SCREWING THE SOUTHWEST COUNCIL OFFICE WORKERS OUT OF THEIR UNION THE RAIDING SOUTHWEST RATS ARE NOW TARGETING THE TRAINING FUND TO DECERTIFY THE OPEIU

AN OPINION FROM THE OTHER SIDE.  BLOG USERS COMMENTARY
I once worked for the fund office. I was layed-off by that despicable piece of crap racist Ed Ripley. During the 6 months I was entitled too as far as getting rehired I found out that they had hired a part time to fill my position. I found out it was the office managers daughter found a posting on facebook copied and saved it. Called my then union, spoke with a rep regarding the issue and that witch got smart and sarcastic with me.I told her I would take her to court. She laughed at me and so I contacted the NLRB and filed a "misrepresentation" suit on them .I was awarded the time this person worked at the pay rate I made when I was let go.
                     With this said, OPEIU is a piece of crap union who too busy kissing ass to the carpenters having our pension merged with the carpenters. I was 6 months shy of 5 years being eligible to start contributing into pension. I was given 6 months credit making me eligible and now it shows no record of the letter. I wasn't able to take all of my belongings and left the letter in my desk. It disappeared. 
          So this is KARMA...The  FUND office is now closed.The office manager relocated to another office within the building no longer holding a title of authority that she clearly took advantage of. Soliciting money for her personal needs from her fellow co workers and union secretaries from within the council to pay late house payments. Sent her daughter to Europe. yadi yadi yadi.
              She shared confidential information within the office,Law suits from instructors, 401k advancement checks (ripleys) to be exact, time off charging it to company time not her own and receiving large "Christmas bonuses" from the council. She made threats of being let go if anyone told because she could lose her job. So much BS went on and ignored if I knew then what I know now, I'd still have a job.
       OPEIU didn't do not a damn thing to find me employment. I was also told that health and welfare asked if I would be a good candidate for a position in their department instead they referred another person who was illegally using a false social security number for the position. I called and reported it.
      The union, fund office get what they put out. Dirty rats kissing ass taking other people's livelihood to benefit them to abuse their authority. Let's see if they'll collect a pension with all that's going on within the SWRCC!! Hopefully they'll lose and they'll know what it's like to be jobless and struggle to find employment if not then hopefully their stress will eat them up!! Karma doesn't forget...
       Thankfully after 3 years being unemployed stressing losing much of my dignity, I have the best job happiest place to be and no not Disneyland... Better making more $$ without having to deal with snakes!! Congratulations to the fund office manager on her demotion she so well deserves!! Paybacks a bitch!!

Opeiu Local 537 best interest is their own... Back when I worked for the fund office, Opeiu opted to merge their pension with the carpenters, why? Because the saw $$ they were being paid and promised a better future more money! Not looking outside the box they were to busy thinking of themselves and not about the secretaries best interest. Allowing the big headed egotistic mofos to abuse their power to mistreat their secretaries!! I was one of them, Ripley was a dirty snake, I knew the crap he would do to his secretaries when he was a coordinator. When he became director of the apprenticeship I knew my days were numbered. He tried to write me up, but to his dismay I defended myself without representation, he thought he could bully me and me not defend myself. I refused to sign write up immediately contacted my union, filed a grievance it took them 29 days to resolve this matter and when that day came, union rep was asked to go in office alone with hr for 2 minutes, came out had our ........BLOGGER I LOST PART OF YOUR COMMENT PLEASE RESUBMIT FOR ME TO FIX THIS
