Just get an attorney and then post the attorneys contact info here then I and others can reach out to the attorney and start supporting your effort to save what’s left of our Union and pension.

Where’s the accountability? When will Pension Fund Trustees be held accountable for their criminal actions? UBC General President Doug McCarron has been the chairman of the Southwest Carpenters Pension Fund for over 30 years.
UBC General President Doug McCarron started receiving his Southwest retirement pension while working, clearly in violation of the Pension rules, at that time. Pension Fund Chairman Doug McCarron, and UBC / SW Pension Fund attorney, John DeCarlo, then modified the Southwest Pension rules to cover up McCarron's illegal act.
The Federal government must audit every single (North America) Carpenters Pension Fund . . . they will find Doug McCarron's foot prints everywhere. Those respective Pension Fund Trustees, both Labor and Management, must be held accountable, for the damages caused to carpenter member's retirements, both past and future.
Many Management Trustees on Carpenter Pension Funds are selected by Doug McCarron, or McCarron’s cronies. Management’s trustee interest is simple, they will support the Labor Trustees’ pension fund wishes, for returned favors.

The only people who can challenge Doug and his minions are the members of the UBC. No one is going to do this job on behalf of the members, not any federal or state agency.
Relief will only come when members go to court to enforce our rights and stop Doug from breaking the law.
No one is better positioned to do this than a retiree who is safe from retaliation and who is going to see their pension benefits reduced year after year.
A lawsuit filed in Federal Court to make all dues payments voluntary is a home run which will end Doug’s tyranny. Of all the potential actions that could be taken I can’t think of a better one.
Maybe the leadership from local 6 wasn’t as corrupt as they made it sound. Perhaps behind closed doors they knew the council and their suck pumps would just destroy everything.
