After Plaintiff's hostile takeover of the St. Louis–Kansas City Carpenters Regional Council(hereinafter referred to as "St. Louis Carpenters Regional Council" or "St. Louis Carpenters"),
Plaintiff has and continues to act invidiously and capriciously from day one to the present).In all due respect, in plain English, the Mid-America Carpenters (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Chicago") managed what can fairly be called an unincorporated theft and now liquidation of all St. Louis Carpenters' members' assets, including but not limited to their very named existence. This hostile takeover began with an overnight dissolution of the St. Louis Carpenters Union and the subsequent ordered takeover by the Chicago Carpenters Regional Council (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Chicago" or "Chicago Carpenters" from the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, hereinafter referred to as, UBC, ). Plaintiffdid all these actions pursuant to the direct orders and or obvious approval of Douglas McCarron(hereinafter "McCarron"), President of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters

NOT THE FIRST TIME DOUGY WITH HIS GROUP OF UBC CANDY ASS STORMED A UBC LOCAL OR COUNCIL WITH ARMED THUGS.

Court case Case No. 1:11-cv-677 (S.D. Ohio Feb. 15, 2013)Cloke v. United Bhd. of Carpenters & Joiners of Am. it is declared "Plaintiff makes the following allegations in support of his claims: On August 8, 2011, pursuant to § 6(A) of the UBC General Constitution, UBC General President McCarron dissolved the Ohio and Vicinity Regional Council of Carpenters (OVRCC) and merged it with the Indiana/Kentucky Regional Council of Carpenters (IKRCC), thereby forming the new Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters (IKORCC). (Doc. 32, § 1, p. 6). This merger was accomplished by a "military style assault" on the OVRCC's offices in Cleveland, Ohio, in which all of the elected officers of the OVRCC were fired, and the IKRCC's officers were placed in control of the new IKORCC and of delegates appointed from the affected locals to the new IKORCC

dollars of fringe benefit assets and several million dollars of liquid cash and real estate assets. That is not their money. That is the money of the St. Louis Carpenters members. McCarron either directed or approved of these actions. By his own admission, McCaron is the person who dissolved the St. Louis Carpenters Union without so much as first allowing a prior hearing under the St. Louis-Kansas City Carpenters Regional Council Bylaws"

"At no time during, before, or after the federal action related to this case did Plaintiff file any unfair labor charges or practices against Defendant, the E.S.T. of the St. Louis Carpenters, or any other officers, agents, or other representative of t Louis Carpenters Union before the National Labor Relations Board"

IN THE CASE OF MIKE MCCARRON DOUGYS CRONIES DECLARED AT A 14D BS KANGAROO EVENT AND IN A LETTER TO MEMBERS THAT THE OLMS WAS AND HAD INVESTIGATED MIKE MCCARRON.

THAT WAS A LIE AND THE OLMS NEVER INVESTIGATED MIKE MCCARRON.

NO DEMOCRACY OR DUE PROCESS

 

This Plaintiff admits but without significant detail exactly how this fact situation went down. The St. Louis Council was dissolved by the U.B.C. with no judicial or internal hearings
under the St. Louis Bylaws, ostensibly on the express orders of Douglas McCarron. This factual situation is obviously right out of the U.B.C. playbook but clearly without proof of altruistic motivation. That was the easiest way to proceed to accomplish its political goals, on the orders of a U.B.C. President who has done this kind of thing without hyperbole, upon information and belief on over sixty (60) occasions, inclusive of local unions and not just District Councils. As earlier stated, follow not only the money but the power. The Chicago E.S.T. is a case in point. He was recently appointed to the third highest post in the U.B.C. by all appearances as a reward for carrying out McCarron’s orders in this case. Mr. McCarron accomplished his nefarious goals without having to justify his actions before the fact and without having to explain himself acting under a U.B.C. umbrella before a judge or jury before the fact. This same kind of diddle has been pulled before throughout the U.B.C.'s jurisdictions by Mr. McCarron.

MCCARRON HAS A WELL DOCUMENTED HISTORY OF DENYING MEMBERS THEIR RIGHTS UNDER FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS

THERE IS NO DEMOCRACY IN THE UBC CRIMINAL SYNDICATE.MCCARRON IS A PUNK AND A DICTATOR WHO SURROUNDS HIMSELF  WITH CRONIES WHO WILL LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL AT MCCARRONS DEMAND

MCCARRON CRONIES ARE NOT ELECTED BUT APPOINTED. MCCARRON HAS APPOINTED SOME OF THE LOWEST SLIME BAGS THAT WALK THE PLANET. AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT A THREAT AND DO AS HE DEMANDS THEY KEEP THEIR POSTION

 ANY ATTEMPT BY THE MEMBERSHIP TO RESTORE THE UBC TO A DEMOCRATIC BODY IS CRUSHED BY MCARRON AND THESE MEMBERS ARE TARGETED AND PERSECUTED

 

DENIED THE PROTECTIONS OF A TRUSTEESHIP UNDER THE LMRDA

This Plaintiff intentionally ignored its obligations to impose a trusteeship against the St. Louis Council of Carpenters under the mandates of federal law under §302 of the N.L.R.A.;
otherwise, they would have had to return already every penny they appropriated from the exclusive control of the members of the St. Louis Carpenters Union. That is why the U.B.C. never directed the Chicago union in arguably sub rosa fashion not to file a trusteeship. Had they imposed a trusteeship, they could not have stolen the St. Louis properties and money beyond a 2-year period at best under federal law and instead the UBC and Chicago have been fighting the good and welfare of the St. Louis Carpenters Union and membership with their own funds. That is their playbook while they claim to be “holier than thou”

 MCCARRON AVOIDS A TRUSTEESHIP AT ALL COSTS IF HE CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. THE UBC AVOIDS THE MEMBERSHIP PROTECTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS THAT A TRUSTEESHIP UNDER THE LMRDA PROVIDES.A TRUSTEESHIP MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR THE UBC CRIMINAL SYNDICATE TO ROB AND MOVE,BANK ACCOUNTS, ASSETS AND FUNDS

 

MCCARRON TELLS THE SAME "ITS JUST A COST SAVING MEASURE" LIE AS HE DID WITH THE ST.LOUIS COUNCIL AND OTHER UBC LOCALS AND COUNCIL.IN FACT THESE ARE A STRAIGHT UP CONSOLIDATIONS OF POWER,THEFT OF ASSETS AND FUNDS OR RETALIATION FOR REFUSING MCCARRON'S DEMANDS

THE UBC SYNDICATE AND THEIR CROOKED LOW LIFE LAWYERS LIKE DANNY BOY SHANLEY LIE TO THE OLMS ON THE LM 15 AND FILE FALSE ACCUSATIONS IN FEDERAL COURT AGAINST THE UBC OFFICERS  WHO ARE THE VICTIMS OF MCCARRONS PHONY TRUSTEESHIP AND POWER GRABS SUCH AS EVEYLN SHAPIRO AND ALBERT  BOND

February 24, 2023, Defendant Bond filed his own Exhibit 3 for the benefit and convenience of the court from an order of the Western District of Washington at Seattle in the case that preceded the Bond case brought by the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, an unincorporated association U.B.C., against its Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters, an original unincorporated association, Plaintiffs vs. Evelyn Shapiro, an individual defendant and E.S.T. like Mr. Bond whom the federal court found was unlawfully terminated and removed from her position"

 

 

UNCLEAN HANDS

So far, this Plaintiff arguably or at the very least fairly can be called out for doing the dirty work for U.B.C.'s McCarron when it seized the assets and other internal political voting power before the U.B.C. 's upcoming 2025 convention. The Plaintiff, now under the control of theU.B.C., right down to the filing of this latest case, can only present itself to any court of competent jurisdiction with unclean hands. Ironically, McCarron followed the same practice he had done countless times before with the overnight dissolution of the St. Louis carpenters union, claiming “holier than thou” ethical behavior was himself caught red-handed when he served as a board member involved in an insider stock scheme to the benefit of his own family members.Upon information and belief, McCarron had to resign his post in disgrace.The corporation known as Ullico is and was at the time a union fiduciary oversight insurance entity. This is the same Douglas McCarron who is alleged to have called or approved the shots from day one of this Plaintiff’s federal and state court litigation
