Something to think about… Since the Blue Genes program is apparently about saving money ( 😂) in the long run, if the Council was to subpoena John Ballantynes underwear or diaper, they could test it, and eliminate the DNA testing of the following people and their families ( Tom Hurley, Bob Satriano, Pete Gowing, Anthony Verelli, Ridgeley Hutchison, Alex Lopez( the dishwasher) and the list goes on…which would save millions of dollars in the long run, which could potentially recoup some of the annuity return debacle of last couple of years.
