BUT what if after she put the funds in the Level Care consortium and then moved the funds business to Independence Blue Cross she quits and announced she was going to work for Level Care and Independence Blue Cross .Now that would be a no doubt clear cut red flag conflict of interest and self dealing .Right???

Listen, show me the money she stole, otherwise it's bullshit to me,if she dealt with them and she bettered herself by going to work for them and maked more money good for her, she was big help when there were problems and I don't know her personally but I love my insurance, sounds to me there trying to get to our money by using this as an excuse, I thought these people were under investigation what happened to that!!!!

Nobody says she stole money. She is a fiduciary under ERISA and in my opinion she worked to put you in the Level Care scam and Independence Blue Cross in return for reward. That is clear conflict and self dealing which whether you disagree with it or not is a violation of ERISA.We will not even go into the fact that funds across the country have been directed by the International to move their business to Independence Blue Cross because they paid off Frank Spencer.Her working to move the fund to Independence in return for reward is the same as taking a payoff and illegal. The Bitch Doug McCarron and the International dictating to subordinate funds is also a violation of EIRSA. While you may like Independence others do not .They refused to pay bills that the previous insurance always paid. The Council told the members it was just a name change and all would be the same. Independence Blue Cross said when they told members that they were lying
Don’t understand how members don’t see or smell something fishy every state at one time worked with a local state Bluecross Blueshield office. Norcross and Frank made it happen I don’t know everything but they are definitely in bed with Pennsylvania politicians probably more than Jersey for those that don’t know….
