The boys from NJ need cash flow / man hours as they’ve burned through both in NJ and Philly. Where to go next?? NYC!!! That’s where the work and the cash flow is right now and will be for the foreseeable future. No where else is there billions of dollars worth of work under one roof that can be had for free with the stroke of a pen. One example is the $8 billion dollar+ to be constructed Hotel Hard Rock Casino next to Mets field in Queens. They could also “redevelop” the current NYC offices into a mixed use project. Stay tuned….
