AFTER SEIZING THE EMPIRE COUNCIL IN TRUSTEESHIP I SEATED MYSELF AND FRANK SPENCER AS TRUSTEES. I DIVERTED MILLIONS FROM THE EMPIRE PENSION FUND TO THE FIRST TRADE UNION BANK, NOW RADIUS BANCORP, AND AGREED TO A 3 YEAR DEPOSIT RETENTION AGREEMENT WHICH RADIUS BANCORP HAS LABELED "HIGH RISK"
WHILE I CASHED OUT AT $149 A SHARE DURING THE ULLICO/GLOBAL CROSSING STOCK FRAUD DID I LET THE SWRCC PENSION FUND TAKE A HUGE HIT????
WHILE FUNDS ARE LOST AND UBC MEMBERS BENEFITS ARE CUT I TAKE $521,000 PER YEAR "JUST FROM THE UBC" AND COLLECT MY PENSION

Its time to stand together brothers. We all want the right to vote on our contract and our B/A . A web site will be up and running soon that hopefully will help bring us together to achieve our goal. 65000 members. I'm confident most want the right to vote. Its time to stop saying there's nothing we can do. WE CAN AND WE WILL.

Are you saying they are still acting as if the council is in trusteeship??The supervision or Trusteeship IS over. A trusteeship can only last 18 months.According to the DOL the UBC did not file for a continuance. It would be difficult since they have now admitted the reasons they gave to the DOL to justify the trusteeship were lies. They have falsely declared to the court that the DOL investigated and found the original trusteeship was justified. That was a lie as well. The DOL made no such statement. They said the UBC had followed their own procedures correctly but he DOL did not rule on the validity of the Trusteeship Good Morning, Attached are all trusteeship reports filed by 025-027-CARPENTERS IND.
