assault" on the OVRCC's offices in Cleveland, Ohio, in which all of the
elected officers of the OVRCC were fired, and the IKRCC's officers were
placed in control of the new IKORCC and of delegates appointed from the
affected locals to the new IKORCC.

At this point what is there left to steel? Almost every Council and Local Union that existed 10 years ago has been dissolved. We in the MRC went from that to NRCC, to KML, to the EAS, we’ve been robbed and looted ever since. To date there isn’t much left to steal. If you’re an apprentice reading this, get out before you get stuck. This isn’t a career, it’s a gig, and not a great one at that.
This group did a number on my job and basically turned my world upside-down! Why, you ask?? Going in a different direction....different direction being to employ the controller's felony DUI daughter. The most crooked bunch I've ever seen!
That’s a shame, hopefully you land on your feet. It may not be what you want to hear at the moment, but you’re better off being away from these dirt bags!!
Central Midwest? That’s almost as stupid and redundant as Eastern Atlantic. Almost.
It’s a great time to be contractor these days. It sucks being a union member. It seems like we pay our union representatives too keep a steady paying job. What honestly do the members get? We had way better healthcare than we do today same as dental etc. our vacation checks are a joke. Non union work being done in the same buildings we are working on and nothing can be done about it. And yet we still give these politicians our hard earned dues money without the members say and then have the audacity to tell us to vote for them. To the young apprentices and even the members who only have a few years in start looking for a new career. This job isn’t like it used to be. It’s going to only get worse.
Local 253 apprentices if you can survive Gino telling you there’s no work while they are constantly recruiting more and you haven’t worked and many of you are young men with children and families
I know of to many apprentices that have to deal with this guy talking slick to them you need to handle your business with him
Whatever he’s telling you is a lie
Especially if he tells you a story reflecting on his apprenticeship
He’s just another scrub member who had family in the business and no he never volunteered
