The GP's mental health condition has destroyed the basic foundation of the UBC, (which is the collective power of the people), all for the GP's personal gain. Narcissism is an incurable disease (mental illness) . . . which needs to be understood, and recognize by those who are asking for proper representation of their working conditions.
