To all those who think that the UBC can’t be beat in court, this case should help you realize that the courtroom is the last, and probably only place, the membership can win.
What gives Team McCarron nightmares? No it’s not running out of adult diapers, well may it is a little bit, it’s being drug into court as a defendant. That’s where he has little or no control, where he and his ilk can be subject to discovery.
