"free speech resolution" for the upcoming general convention? This
will be the third time it has been sent to the international convention.
It calls for one hour of good of the order per convention day, no floor
whips dominating access to floor microphones and no motions to cut off
debate prior to any debate. Implementing this resolution at the
convention will enable free exchange of delegate ideas during the actual
convention. The resolution follows here. With support from lots of locals around the country...it can be adopted.
