THE COURT HAS BEEN ASKED TO EXTEND ONCE AGAIN UNTIL DECEMBER 31,2024

 "The parties and the Independent Monitor have reached an agreement in principle that the successor Stipulation and Order will transition many of the Independent Monitor’s functions (except those in his capacity as the Election Officer for District Council elections) to the Office of the Inspector General."

 

 

NEWLY CREATED POSITION OF INDEPENDENT INTEGRITY OFFICER??SHOULD MURPHY,EX JUDGE JUDY OR GEIGER AND HIS CRONIES REALLY EVER USE THE WORD INTEGRITY!!

"In addition, certain responsibilities and authority of the Independent Monitor will be transitioned to a newly created position of Independent Integrity Officer who will be an attorney with previous service in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York"
