(1) Discrimination/Harassment;
(2) Failure to Prevent;
Discrimination/Harassment;
(3) Retaliation for Reporting and
Resisting;
Discrimination/Harassment;
(4) Whistleblower Retaliation for
Reporting and Resisting Illegal
Conduct;
(5) Wrongful Termination in Violation
of Public Policy


ANATOLIY GAVRILYUK 

APPEARS TO BE THE PRESIDENT OF CARPENTERS LOCAL 46 

AND PER THE COUNCIL LM2 WAS EMPLOYED AS AN "AT WILL" COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE FOR 8 YEARS AT THE COUNCIL BEFORE HE WAS FIRED FOR "INSUBORDINATION"


THE LAWSUIT ALLEGES

(1)Gavrilyuk was forced to endure both sexual harassment and
harassment/discrimination

(2)Gavrilyuk was repeatedly badgered, bullied, and harassed

(3)Gavrilyuk was often asked if his “pu**y” hurts and was oftentimes told to “blow” his colleagues(a crude reference to performing fellatio on a man).

(4)At least one coworker began to threaten Gavrilyuk with physical
violence in or about April 2023.
Gavrilyuk reasonably feared for his safety and well being as a result of this person’s threats of violence.

(5)  Gavrilyuk reported the threatening behavior to management, but again, management refused to engage in any sort of investigation or preventive measures.

(6) Gavrilyuk was subjected to a pattern and practice of discrimination and harassment that unreasonably interfered with Gavrilyuk work performance and created an intimidating, hostile, and offensive working environment.


 Within the time provided by law, Gavrilyuk filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department, in full compliance with the law, and has received a right to sue letter

 


 SO HOW MUCH WILL IT COST MEMBERS THIS TIME?IN MY OPINION REGARDLESS OF THE MERITS OF THE CASE THE UBC WILL SETTLE AND PAY 

 

 WHY???

BECAUSE THE UBC HAS A WELL DOCUMENTED HISTORY OF "A PATTERN AND PRACTICE OF DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT"

"WELL DOCUMENTED" IN BOTH STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND THE UBC LAND OF OZ

 

THIS "PATTERN AND PRACTICE OF DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT" EXISTS BECAUSE UNDER DIRTY DOUG MCCARON THE LOWEST BOTTOM FEEDERS AND SOME OF THE DUMBEST PEOPLE THAT EVER WALKED THE PLANET ARE "APPOINTED" IN POSITIONS OF POWER  

 

APPOINTED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT A THREAT TO MCCARRON'S HIERARCHY, WILL MOTOR BOAT DIRTY DOUG ARSE AND WILL STAB MEMBERS IN THE BACK ON COMMAND
