Is Scott Janus has a first amendment right to opt out of even fair share fees why don’t we??? The UBC was founded on members voting to determine their own fate. Members agreed to pay dues because they controlled what the Union did via they’re vote. We can’t vote as individual members to stop anything the UBC does, we can’t vote to elect the representatives we pay for, we cannot vote to ratify agreements or authorise strikes, we are not members of a Union.

So far Groundwork’s is listed in the UBC, Eastern District, Eastern Millwrights, and EAS Council LM 2’s which brings Trish and Frank’s firms billings to over $600,000.00 dollars of members dues money. Now what are the odds that Uncle Frank isn’t getting a piece of the action??? I’d say pretty low, because Frank has never turned down an opportunity to make a penny off the membership. And there is no way Trish is getting hired by anyone without Frank’s mandate that her firm be hired.
Now my short tally is $600,000 grand, I guarantee Groundwork’s is billing over a million a year from all the other Councils and districts. Let’s see.........
