Is any of this new behavior a new low for UBC employees and executive officers?
How many UBC/Council employees and officers have ever been held accountable for this kind of activity?? Clearly not enough to convince others to not do the same. The few UBC/Council employees and officers that have been held accountable for their misdeeds have only been held accountable because they became a target for Team McCarron, and not for any other reason.
So what’s next?? Obviously there is an extensive and very visible pattern of criminal activity throughout the UBC that everyone knows about because it’s all laid out in the LM2’s and other disclosure reports. So know one can say they didn’t know who was doing what, when, where, for how much, and who was being charged for it.
So what’s next?? I think it’s time we use this platform as a way to review legal strategies designed to hold Team McCarron accountable. I don’t think there is any way a member driven RICO case would lose against Team McCarron. I also don’t think a RTW case would lose either. I’d prefer a RICO case, but that’s just me.
But at this point I think we need to develop a plan to hold these ass holes accountable. The hardest part is getting started, but once the ball is rolling it’s all over!!

Job Recovery aka Market Recovery programs can be positive and very effective when properly administered. But the EAS doesn’t properly administer anything!! What they do is dole out members money through the Job Recovery fund with little to no effort to ensure the request is valid. One question to ask is why some contractors pursuing the same project are offered more job recovery funds than the others. That’s illegal!! Are Job recovery fund administrators getting something from a contractor in exchange for an advantage over their signatory peers???

Team McCarron could be beat like a drum if some members filed a private RICO case for all the obvious and known violations of the law.
The challenge is not winning in Federal Court because Team McCarron is guilty as charged, the challenge is finding the plaintiffs willing to challenge McCarton in court.
That’s what we need, plaintiffs. Finding active members is apparently not a viable option. Maybe that changes in the future. But retirees have standing and their benefits to protect and most importantly can’t be retaliated against.
Team McCarron would collapse like a house of cards if such a case were ever filed.

I disagree on your point that a case against team McCarron needs to go under the Trump Administration.
You file a RICO case against the UBC in Federal Court and it’s over. It doesn’t matter who is president. If you wanted insurance against any chance of external interference then you could file the case in a district you know will not be sympathetic to any external attempts at protecting the UBC. Remember the UBC has a presence in every state so you can pick the Federal Court district you file your suit in.
I agree with you that the NLRB is sensitive to politics because all the commissioners and the chair are picked by the President. A fact that helped Roy prevail on his behalf and that of every member of the EAS.
I hope we can organize a RICO case by the members against Team McCarron, such a case is long overdue.
