Ed Ripley the SWRCC Training fund director has been accused by of the EBSA of Waxing the Denali he was forced to buy.... twice!!!!legal counsel to the training fund Decarlo and Shanley actually had records of when Ed Ripley Washed and Waxed his Denali. Decarlo claimed Ed Ripley Regularly used the training funds assets to wash his Denali and had it waxed once or twice a year.
 NO! NO! NO! Says the EBSA.Despite the Training Fund Legal Counsel Decarlo and Shanley claiming the Denali was Waxed on a Bi Annual Basis records indicate Ripley incurred charges at an Irvine area car wash on two occasions. Once of April 6,2012 for $45.99 and once again on May 4,2015 for $44.99 . Damn you Ed we told you we had coupons.Never have I heard of such blatant acts of skulduggery. I wonder if ED RIPLEY HAD TO WAX THE DENALI WHEN HE DID BECAUSE MAGIC MIKE MADE HIM DO IT.

SHE HAS BEEN ATTENDING AEIP SUMMITS AND CONSPIRING TO ATTACK THE VERY ERISA LAW SHE WAS HIRED TO PROTECT AND ENFORCE SO THEY CAN ROB AMERICAN RETIREES.


BACK HOME WHILE SHE IS AWAY THE REGIONAL OFFICE IS INVESTIGATING HOW MANY TIMES ED RIPLEY WAXED HIS DENALI AND.... 

The EBSA Regional Office using our tax dollars wants us to be aware of the following.. The Denali moniker is used by GMC to indicate its luxury line of vehicles....The GMC Yukon Denail is 33% more expensive than the Non GMC Yukon...Te GMC Yukon is highly inefficient when compared to other vehicles 14 mpg in the city and 19 mpg on the highway. The EBSA also wants you to know that the Yukon Denali was even worse with only 12mpg city PROBABLY due to it having the 6.2L versus the 4.8L Engine.You cant make this s...t up. While the Asst Sec of the EBSA Phylis Borzi is flying the world screwing American retirees her employees are ding mileage comparisons on Yukons. I wonder if they actually researched it or just reprinted a report Decarlo and Shanley wrote as part of their hatchet job on Ed Ripley... The EBSA for you pleasure included " The Table below compares the ownership costs of a Denali to a grouping of other vehicles...

The Board,the individual Trustees,and director Ripley failed to discharge their fiduciary duties with regard to the Training fund, failed to discharge reasonable expenses of the training fund,acted imprudently and allowed assets of the Training fund and violated Sections 404(a) (1)(A) and (B) and 406(a)(1)(D) and Section 406 (B)(1)..THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS SERVED AS UNION AND EMPLOYER TRUSTEES and Board Members : CURTIS CONYERS,DOUGLAS MCCARRON AND RICHARD HARRIS,MARC FURMAN, JIM BERNSEN,GORDON HUBEL,FLOYD CLAY,TRAVIS WINDSOR,RICHARD POZZO J.D HERRON,RANDY THORNHILL,TOM CAITLAN,JEFFREY WHITTLE,RAYMOND HUGHES,AND MIKE MCCARRON.. THE INVESTIGATION DETERMINED THAT THE BOARD AND THE TRUSTEES INDIVIDUALLY CONTINUED TO HAVE THE DUTY TO MONITOR THE ACTIONS OF THE DIRECTOR AND PAYMENT OF THE TRAINING FUND EXPENSES.FURTHERMORE THE INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE BOARD REVIEWED AND RATIFIED ALL EXPENSES OF THE TRAINING FUND INCLUDING THE LEASE PAYMENTS

     But...But.... We Decarlo and Shanely who also reviewed and approved all this with Mike Draper,Phil Newkirk and Doug Mccarron told the membership,held hearings,conducted a 14D trial,told the Federal courts and seized the SWRCC and its funds that ONLY Mike McCarron OVERCHARGED THE TRAINING FUND and ONLY Mike McCarron was guilty....... Now you the EBSA are saying it was all a lie and THE BOARD REVIEWED AND RATIFIED ALL EXPENSES OF THE TRAINING FUND INCLUDING THE LEASE PAYMENTS.Anybody else see a made for TV movie here???

NOW TH REGIONAL OFFICE HAS THE ABILITY AND OVERSIGHT SYSTEM IN PLACE SO REFINED THAT THEY CAN TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES ED RIPLEY WASHED HIS DENALI. YET:

 Again in 2013 the DOL Inspector Generals Office tells Borzi and the EBSA that the  EBSA NEEDS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL  OVERSIGHT TO ERISA PLANS HOLDING HARD-TO-VALUE ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS REPORT #09-13-001-12-121. BORZI TELLS THEM NO WAY . DID SHE INCLUDE WE ARE BUSY DEVELOPING AUDIT OVERSIGHT THAT CAN TELL US HOW MANY TIMES A FUND ADMINISTRATOR WASH AND WAXES HIS DENALI AND REFUSES TO INVESTIGATE INTERNATIONAL UNION FUNDS AND LEADERS WHO
REVIEWED AND RATIFIED ALL EXPENSES OF THE TRAINING FUND INCLUDING THE LEASE PAYMENTS AND THE PERSECUTION AND TARGETING OF THOSE FUND ADMINS AND TRUSTEES WHO TRY AND EXPOSE THE ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS THAT ARE!! AN EVEN MORE SERIOUS PROBLEM AND THE FUNDS HAVE LOST THEIR ASS AND THOSE EXPOSING THE CORRUPTION LOST EVERYTHING THEY OWN.

Not to be out done by the Swag give aways at the UBC Convention the Training fund held elaborate Graduation ceremonies for apprentices.... The Costs for Banquet spaces,full catering,audio /video equipment rental,an event photographer, invitations and invitation inserts and SWAG..Engraved watches,Savings Bonds,engraved knives,engraved plaques,gift cards to various retailers(Walmarts???)are all a violation under Section 404(a)(1)(A)and (B)..THE BOARD,Trustees individually, and ED Ripley REVIEWED AND RATIFIED ALL THESE EXPENSES OF THE TRAINING FUND .They acted imprudently.Failed to discharge their duties,failed to discharge reasonable expenses of the fund, and for the 10 instance in this one audit of this one fund violated ERISA law.. Now for the Million Dollar Question. WHY TO THIS DAY were no charges,none,not a single one filed against any of them except Mike McCarron......

                Not long ago at a 300 hitters club months and months after the UBC law firm told a Federal Court, which we now have confirmed by the EBSA that Mike McCarron did not overcharge anybody on any leases and they 16 others including Doug McCarron RATIFIED ALL EXPENSES OF THE TRAINING FUND INCLUDING THE LEASE PAYMENTS, Doug McCarron while abusing a UBC Member because the member was asking Questions Doug did not like repeated"You want to now about my brother. Ill tell you about my brother. He is in a lot of trouble. We are suing him for 5 million dollars (Lease overcharges) and interest. He is in a lot of trouble..This of course was after he called the member an ahole. Asked him if he thought he(Doug) could **** ice cream and that he(Doug) McCarron had no proof Mike Forde was on Drugs.. Even now Local and Council Officers and UBC Reps when questioned about Mike McCarron vs Doug McCarron they to are continuing to tell the same BS story despite the UBC Law Firm declaring in court there were no overcharges. Despite the Lindquist LLP declaring in a document filed with the Feds that the reason the Fund paid above market prices was because of "Escalator Clauses" built into the lease agreements that not only did they know about but now the EBSA says was approved  "THE BOARD REVIEWED AND RATIFIED ALL EXPENSES OF THE TRAINING FUND INCLUDING THE LEASE PAYMENTS" by none other than CURTIS CONYERS,DOUGLAS MCCARRON AND RICHARD HARRIS,MARC FURMAN, JIM BERNSEN,GORDON HUBEL,FLOYD CLAY,TRAVIS WINDSOR,RICHARD POZZO J.D HERRON,RANDY THORNHILL,TOM CAITLAN,JEFFREY WHITTLE,RAYMOND HUGHES,AND MIKE MCCARRON.

     Now you can go ahead and hate Mike McCarron because his last name is McCarron. You can falsely claim Mike McCarron was part of the Internationals inner circle because his name is McCarron. You can ask why Mike McCarron, like the other 97% of the UBC membership, did not become a dissident and wear an "I Hate Doug" Tee Shirt  because his last name is McCarron.. BUT YOU WILL NOT ANSWER WHY!!!! No charges have been filed against any of the others!!! YOU WILL NOT ANSWER WHY!!!! The SWRCC and its funds was seized in a phony Trusteeship and up to 30 others fired for reasons that have now been declared to be false.( There were no overcharges) YOU WILL NOT ANSWER WHY!!!! After seizing the SWRCC and its funds was yet another diversion of Pension fund money made to I HATE UNIONS Stephen Ross and Related INC with the new Hudson Yards Tower C and UBC Partnership..

          Why has Mike McCarron not only joined the ranks of other UBC members persecuted for telling Dougy No, Other members who had his wife followed by Decarlo and Shanley hired strangers for exposing fraud in his pension fund. Other member persecuted for telling the world about Spencers Union meetings in Hawaii and $10,000 first class airfare. Other member who risked losing his home because he refused to take a bumper sticker off his truck because some UBC wimp told him to, But why has Mike McCarrons persecution gone well beyond that to an action of total ruin for not only him but his children. 

Why??? Because his last name is McCarron
