ENDANGERED STATUS.HOURS NEEDED JUST TO GET ANY COVERAGE HAVE DOUBLED.
ABSURD CO PAYS.RAISE AFTER RAISE TAKEN TO PUT INTO LOOTED FUNDS .THE UBC
INTERNATIONAL HAS BEEN FINANCING AND IS PART OF THE NCCMP AND BEEN
WRITING LEGISLATION ALLOWING THEM TO STEAL FROM RETIREES PENSION
CHECKS,IMPOSE COMPOSITE PLANS AND DESTROY RETIREES.THEY BLAME
EVERYBODY ELSE FOR LOOTING UBC FUNDS.
BUT!!!WHERE IS THE MONEY COMING FROM FOR THIS DISGUSTING DISPLAY?? IS THIS A BAD JOKE!!!

As the ubc burns with emporer mccarron playing the fiddle and stuffing his pockets and bank accounts with cash ( and his friendd) the membership continues to lose their standing in the marketplace and the benefits of being a member.
One of those benefits is a lesser thought of perk because most do not equate it with a direct monetary impact: work rules.
The degradation of our work rules
These are probably the unsung benefits of union membership. They were fought for contract after contract to ensure the dignity of labor be respected and honored and recompense paid for excessive hours or " abuse" for situations and demands above and beyond. They also directly correlate to worker jealth and safety on union job sites. Having our rules made it a benefit to being a union member.
Since the current greedy push by mccarron he is fostering a culture of " screw the rules" which if anyone wants to research the data , has directly increased the number of unnecessary deaths in our industry. His attitude of contractor friendly has a direct cayse and effect relationship with the increase in death and injury to our membership, in a bogus environment of " saftety first mantras" which is only in place for the companies and gen contractors to revieve lucrative underwriting reductions.
But i digress
Members being bought with jumbo shrimp and stays in vegas. Its like the late 1930s when members of a certain party were bought with jobs, and lavish parties ...all trinkets to appease the masses so they would continue to feed the growing monolithic mobster and increase the real wealth of a few.
What " fund" pays for this?
It is time for federal forensic auditing to reestablish chain of custody reciept of all monies generated by our member body with full accountability and reciept of where and how every dollar is allocated.
If anyone thinks the government will help us they are mistaken. I've seen DOL investigate Representatives and funds office in our area. Never once have they done anything. One agent told me they were told to back off. It's all corrupt.
