Worry not George will be desktop with very soon, and he will bring down his former friends Capelli and Spencer with him. The process just takes forever, not just for George but for everyone else too currently in the system.
There is no way these guys escape from their criminal actions, no one else who did the same thing got it with it, so they won’t either.
But let’s say hypothetically they do get with everything?? Then what?? What’s the member to do?? Take advantage of the Janus decision and sue for the right to make the payment of dues revokable. How likely would it be for the member(s) to prevail in such a pursuit?? I think victory would be a foregone conclusion excluding time from start to finish.

If there was a letter sent to participants of the New Jersey Fund was it transparent? Did they explain how they came up with the amount of money?
In Philadelphia when they had to pay into the participants annuity there was no statement with the amounts and how they did the math. If you do the math on their reason in the letter mailed it doesn’t add up. The money is way less. Why aren’t these leaders and trustees transparent?
In my particular case there are no supplements.
