WITHOUT EVEN A MASK AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CRISIS AND EVEN WHEN THE WORKERS WERE TESTING POSITIVE AT THE DIFFERENT JOB SITES, WE NEVER QUIT. HOWEVER, MYSTERIOUSLY AND NOT TOO LONG AGO I ASKED MIKE HAWK IN A DEBRIEF MEETING IF THERE WAS GOING TO BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET OURSELVES (STAFF MEMBERS) TESTED AGAINST THE COVID-19 DUE TO THE EXPOSURE AND IN THE ATTEMPT TO KEEP OUR FAMILIES SAFE FROM OURSELVES. I TOLD HIM THERE WAS A GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO DO IT FOR FREE AT THE RAIDERS STADIUM. THIS PLACE WAS HAVING THE MOST POSITIVE TESTS COMING OUT THAT THE NEVADA HEALTH DISTRICT TOOK CHARGE AND STARTED TO PROVIDE FREE TESTING FOR ALL WORKERS WITHIN THE PROJECT IN A VOLUNTARILY BASES. I BELIEVED THERE WAS ABOUT 1600-1700 TESTS COMPLETED AND MANY OTHER WORKERS REFUSED TO TAKE THE TEST AND KEPT ASKING WHY WE (KYLE HAIL, DOUGH LACKARD AND MYSELF) HAVE NOT TAKEN IT YET. SO WE DECIDED TO TAKE IT TO PROVE A POINT THAT IT WAS SAFE TO TAKE THE TEST. IT TOOK ABOUT 3-4 MINUTES AND WE WERE DONE WITH IT.WE REPORTED IT BACK TO STEVEN DUDLEY AND HE SURE SHOWED HIS EMOTIONS THAT HE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH US TAKING THE TEST AND IF WE WERE TO COME POSITIVE THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO SHUT DOWN OUR ENTIRE OFFICE OR WHEREVER THE "F"."

No one should be surprised that the NLRB ruled against an employee, as the NLRB like almost everything else, is controlled by wealthy corporations and employers.
Don’t stop fighting!! Don’t forfeit your rights because the deck is stacked against working people.

The previous commenter is spot on with his eight points. To come on here and simply trash one party or the other is missing the larger issue. In fact it is doing exactly what the bipartisan ruling class wants, which is to promote tribalism and factionalism within society. These conflicts keep the masses busy while the ruling class makes a killing. They love to see some trash Biden while others trash Trump. Remember George Norcross -- a major Democratic player -- was a member at Trump's Mar-a-Lago. They were buds and in many ways on the same team, despite their being in opposite parties. A recent agreement in NJ carved up the state between Rs and Ds, with Rs reclaiming much of South Jersey that used to be ruled by Norcross and Ds claiming much of North Jersey. Again Rs and Ds worked together to control power, and, in this case, stick it to Norcross who had fallen out of favor with both parties and has been relegated largely back to Camden Co., where he now spends much of his time working to dump Republic Bank's Vernon Hill, a onetime GN3 ally.

Finally, there is someone else who understands the political landscape . . . and how both the democrats and the republicans dupe the American voter, while the corrupt Congress continues to only represent the interests of big-money corporations. There is two-party alliance which blocks any real chance for true representation of the people, in Congress, or in the White House. Just look back over the last 5 decades, the people of this country have lost every American value which made the US a great country, and a desirable place to live. Meanwhile, our great representation has allowed the outsourcing of all our historic living-wage/career jobs to foreign 3rd-world countries. Our society has been brainwashed to believe that we must work harder to get ahead, maybe pick up a second job, or a 3rd. When mortgages and rents are between $2,500 to $4,500 per month, you wonder why there is homelessness? For many people, their housing comes (if they're fortunate) by way of renting space in someone's garage, or a bedroom in someone's house. Home ownership for the masses does not exist, and will not unless something changes. The cry for more affordable housing is Bullshit, unless we are talking about government housing, which is where our society is heading. This United States needs industry, with jobs which provide careers and true living-wage employment . . . jobs which are now performed in other countries. Skilled craftsmen should be tripling the amount of money they are currently making . . . then housing could be affordable. Living in the United States is suppose to be a dignified one, without desperation.
