A note on the Council credit cards.
1). The Trustees are derelict in their duty if they don’t receive and review every Council credit card statement. At your next meeting you should make a Motion to request a copy of the entire Council financial report signed by the council Trustees. I bet the whole credit card statement is not there....
2). Union Expenditures are supposed to approved by the membership or the delegate body, BEFORE they are made, not afterward. Expenditures are also supposed to be made in the interest of the members, so one would have to justify how each credit card expenditure helps to sign new contractors, win more market share, and increase man hours worked. Based on that standard all the credit card expenditures could be refunded to the Council by each card holder. If someone asks for those credit card statements you will ruin a lot of days and nights.......
For a person who claims to have gone to college, “Hacker” can’t put together a pair of words to make a complete sentence. Now that’s funny. And that’s one of our leaders that was hand picked??? I’m naturally cynical, especially regarding high stakes events, and for me and my peers, there is no higher stake event than our careers. I can’t see how he and and associates can engage in activities that are in complete violation of the law and be deemed eligible to run for GP. I think the key is there has to be competition, there has to be a race between candidates, because that candidate can campaign on these obvious issues and then can invite the relevant Agencies in to watch. The last time McCarron ran in a real election the internet and smart phones did not exist...... I’ll be supporting real working Delegates to go to the next Convention.

To effectively run against mccarron one must openly invite the agencies to follow along.
They are more than welcome to have a complete transparent view as to how it works. They should. They are the oversight.
The only influence this has is insuring a free and fair election in which mccarron can not win on tje issues and on intimidation and threats.

Do you think that the 400000 dollars that Frank Spencer took from the training funds ( federal grants to the apprentice program) and converted to a 401k for his wife Geri, had anything to do with why , perhaps, the UBC is ineligible for apprentice money? A program that every carpenter ALREADY contributes dues to for every manhour?
Sounds like huge fiduciary mismanagement , if not straight up embezzlement to me if all true.
And worse. Carpenter funds PAY to advertise and protest this while its the same funds that pay the lawyers to defend the same scum who stole the monies.

Companies that are committed to making sure employees are working on behalf of the company, (in our case on our behalf as members) at all times, while on the clock, utilise GPS tracking systems. I know the old MRC utilised GPS systems in all Council vehicles, I wonder if our new KML Council does??
