Was the NYC IGs Office created to investigate corruption in the NYC District Council or was it set up to use as a tool for some UBC shyte bag like Geiger to persecute members who exercise their legal right to oppose the policy's of McCarron and a hand picked whore like Geiger. Based on how many hand picked UBC stooges that have had to resign for things like sexual harassment and working for cash under the IG offices watch I would have to say the IG office is a f.. joke or just as corrupt as the rest of the UBC scum bags.
I wonder if the IG Office employees consulted with an attorney before it stalked and video taped a US citizen exercising their rights under the constitution.No not the BS toilet paper called the UBC Constitution that the courts have ruled that you can stick up your UBC ass and is a joke.Just as they have with your BS UBC obligation.I mean the real constitution that despite your delusions your UBC paycheck does not give you the right to violate and ignore. I am sure when your dumb ass gets into a real court the Judge will wonder why the Office never charged Steven McInnis and why the other UBC whores were not charged with causing dissension or violating the obligation yet a person has been so charged for merely saying Geiger sucks dog ass.No discrimination of abuse of power by the IG Office here. I have been hammering this point for a couple of years here.
The current UBC constitution is in violation of the united states constitution.
Each convention Doug has maneuvered the verbiage to that of a dictatorial fascist organization.... Which by the same oath they are charging nunes on ... States we will not subvert or usurp the government.... Which we are... But also ripping off the federal govt at every turn. Via IRS violations. Maintaining a " not for profit exemption" and " a tax exempt status" receiving federal monies allll while violating federal law and civil rights of members.
The IG. Mr Pie is basically an incompetent fool and should immediately be fired for negligence!!
For christs sake!!!! Pie didnt even research the charges of which are bogus and are CLEARLY DISMISSABLE by the NRLBs own rulings on social media.

As for UBC Member rights as outlined in the US Constitution, the one that supersedes the McCarron Constitution, read the recent US Supreme Court Janus decision regarding the payment of “Fair Share” Union Dues. The majority Decision is a short one and if I recall it’s says no Union contract, Constitution, or Bylaws supersedes any US citizens/members First Amendment rights, etc. So any member brought up on UBC “charges” should take those charges to the NLRB and the US DOL for relief. In NYC I would write judge Berman a letter asking him to over ride the IG office for violating those rights as part of his role to administer the Consent Decree. Then I would counter sue in a real Court of law for the violation of your actual US Civil Rights. Everyone should also google the Union Members Bill of Rights per LMRDA. I think it’s also available on this site too. The one item to consider with UBC charges is that you can’t seek relief outside the UBC until you’ve exhausted all your internal UBC options.
The Janus case clearly states and reinforces the citizen rights supercede all other writs , charters, bylaws, constitutiond, mission statements etal.
Curious. An oath that is sworn to that is illegal is null and void.
The more you know. UBC counts on and relies on the fact no one researches their rights.
Again it is obvious the " charges" brought forward by a non member agency against a member were done so hastily with poor or no research , as the charges are outside of the law and have precedent that they can not stand.
Sooo. It seems the IG and their office are either being paid, bribed, or promised political favor.. Which is it.
