Just goes to show you that McCarron is running the Department of labor and affiliate offices. It’s almost like a McCarron is untouchable. Meanwhile his top officials Frank Spencer and Mike Cappelli Were charged with criminal acts also and McCarran gave them a raise. This system (DOL) is totally against us working men and women. What does any executive officer of the UBC do to account for their pay? Who tracks their time worked? Who sets assignments? Who measures performance? How is performance measured? Are performance reviews conducted? Do executive officers use phones paid for by the members? What email? It’s time to request copies of all communications written or otherwise!! I want credit card statements!! They work for us, like it or not and I want answers as to what they do and who they talk to!!!
Last question: Are all KML Council Reps paying all their Assessments and Dues that we as working members pay?

Have YOUR money taxed by the other union in the form of penalty and excise when you go to withdrawl monies that have earned interest but not reallicated to YOUR bottom line but to this mythical general fund .
We are soooo far away from being a union and operating as a union .
The " leadership" whose retirements on avg are 5 to 6 times greater per month than the men and women who generate the resources .

As a " non profit" " tax exempt" organization ....which should be re examined by the dol and the irs...there should never be an excessive amount in a fund .
