The UBC executive committee is a joke! The committee has no real purpose. It's a sham operation, established for, and used by self-centered, egotistical morons who devour millions of dollars of the membership’s money to enhance their personal wealth. The UBC general office and its absurd table of officers needs to be aborted, and the members need to establish a real governing body, elected by the union’s membership . . . not elected by McCarron’s model of union employed “representative form of democracy.” The membership needs to demand changes to the UBC Constitution which eliminates the current dictator rule, bringing transparency to decisions . . . made by a committee of elected members, which represent designated regions of the Brotherhood. Members from all geographical regions of the UBC need to start writing UBC constitutional resolutions, and submitting those resolutions in preparation for the next general convention. It is mandatory that the right convention delegates are elected to represent the membership, which will support the necessary UBC constitutional changes that will bring back the union’s democracy and a fair governing body.
