"After the relationship ended in 2011 and continuing to shortly before her termination, however, MCCARRON engaged in behavior towards SANDRA that was offensive and unwelcome. Some conduct and comments that were once considered
welcome became unwelcome and offensive as the conduct and comments continued unabated despite the relationship ending."

"MCCARRON would often treat SANDRA inappropriately.
MCCARRON would instill fear in SANDRA and was hostile"

MCCARRON has made many references to
SANDRA’s breasts in her office or on phone calls to her during work hours and has made the comment that SANDRA will never have to worry about drowning. He would ask if “they are real or Memorex.” 

MCCARRON would flirt with SANDRA
and say things like, “Hey Young Lady.” Recently, when alone with SANDRA in her office, MCCARRON asked SANDRA for a hug, to which she did not consent but reluctantly complied as she was fearful of spurning her boss’s advances.
MCCARRON hugged SANDRA, squeezed her, and said, “this is dangerous.”

DECARLOS MOTIVE WAS TO COVER HIS ASS FOR DECARLO CAUSING THE TRAINING FUND TO OVERPAY 5 MILLION PLUS IN LEASES. IT WAS SPINDLE DICK DECARLOS LAW FIRM WHO FAILED TO ADVISE THE FUND TRUSTEES OF THE  REQUIREMENT TO REVIEW LEASES EVERY 3 YEARS AND ADJUST THEM TO MARKET CONDITIONS


HE ALSO HAD TO TAKE MIKE MCCARRON OUT TO  PREVENT MIKE MCCARRONS MOVE TO REPLACE HIS LAW FIRM AS COUNSEL FOR THE SOUTHWEST COUNCIL AND FUNDS

NOW THIS DOUG MCCARRON NOT MY GIRLFRIEND IS ACCUSED OF:

 "paying herself unreasonable and unauthorized compensation":

a. Giving herself excessive, unauthorized, and unreported paid time while out of the office, including over 50 days in 2019 (which was on top of the known and approved generous 4-weeks paid vacation and 2-weeks restricted paid time off for sick time, and which was not accrued, paid out at the end of the year, or rolled-over to the following year);

b. Giving herself and her staff an unauthorized and unreported raise by making the restricted paid time off unrestricted and which could be cashed out at the end of the year if unused;

and

c. Giving herself and her management staff unauthorized and unreported off-the-books paid 8-hour days when they only worked 4 hours. This practice was unlimited, undocumented and unmonitored for abuse.

Besides the FACTS that McCarron, Spencer and Capelli are under investigation by the feds for corruption. 

Besides UBC entities such as Placid Investors, Jobsite Steel and Level Care being subpoenaed by the US Attorney in New Jersey.

Besides the UBC spending millions in legal fees to persecute UBC members who stood up and opposed the McCarron regimes corruption including his own brother.

Besides the UBC paying out more than $9 million in lawsuits it lost in 2019 to shut people up.

(1) Alleges Doug McCarron AGAIN sexually harassed a woman

(2) Doug McCarron was in a romantic relationship from 1992-1995 while still married which continued until 2011(committed adultery)

(3)The Southwest Council and funds are under Investigation and being audited by the feds AGAIN!!!

(4) Proves that McCarron, who in 2010 brought his girlfriend SANDRA MALONEY from Las Vegas to California,gave her a job with CSAC,a $66,000 raise,a UBC vehicle, an apartment in the plush Marina Del Ray and took out his brother for opposing it, LIED to members on video and at a called to order local Union meeting by declaring"she is not my girlfriend" and "I did not give her the $66,000 Segal did"

 After learning of the proposal, SANDRA contacted MCCARRRON and raised concerns about the proposal, including that the TRUSTS had very recently entered into a contract with another auditing firm following approval at the most recent CSAC meeting, that the existing auditor had already been paid, and that the audit was set to begin soon. SANDRA questioned why a new auditor was necessary
and further raised her concerns that inaccurate information had been used in creating the request for proposal for the new auditor. MCCARRON became angry and ended
the conversation.
