Demand your employer stop stealing dues from your check until you have representation.
The signatory employer HAS to stop withdrawing dues from you but they can choose to pay their own obligations.

Keep in mind, even if signed the MIX 20/20 form YOU as member can withdrawal your authorisation at ANY point in time!!!!! Just tell your employer that you do not want them deduction what ever Union assessments from your wages that you don’t want to pay. You have to send a letter via certified mail return receipt requested, to the GP, outlining the violations to the GC Delegate nominating and election process ASAP. This notice to the GP is step one, and starts the clock, he can respond or not, if he does you can appeal his response to the US DOL, OLMS. If he does not respond within the allotted time frame then you can got to the OLMS. The key is to complete step 1.
