Per the new UBC 2019 LM2 report filed on March 30th. It appears that Ballantyne’s law firm, Smith Mullin P.C. was paid $324k by the UBC. Payments of $55k, $225, and $44k were made on 1/3/19. The notes reflecting Section 19 indicates that detailed financial information was excluded per confidentiality agreements.
As a side note; it appears that Michael Capelli signed the LM2 on his way out the door. He made it exactly one year as General Secretary Treasurer.
