Ive been thinking of opening a new business.
You guys wont mind if i " borrow" 40 million from your pension funds riight?
Ohh. And by the way. The ROI will never be listed and the interest accumulated will of course go into a " seperate" fund that i alone control but its alll cool bc ill appoint frank spencer and mike capelli to be trustees to this fund.
Of course they will be paid about 400k a year to be a new thing i made up. " provisional trustee"
A provisional trustee will be just like a trustee except ill pay them handsomely for their time and they will look the other way and not say a word.

Agreed on all points!! How does this activity and everything else not violate labor law and the principals of “not self dealing” or “conflict of interest”? Members always complain about the UBC acting as a corporation. I wish the UBC was a corporation, then we’d be the share holders with actual rights as defined by the Dodd Frank Act, and none of this conduct would be permissible under the law!!! Team McCarron runs the UBC like Enron was run, right into the ground!!
well when we let the union and gov. sell cards to people in the country illegally while members are losing their homes it sends a strong message there is really not much that they will be held accountable for but will deny a members pension for the least rule violation middle age white males are committing suicide at record rates across America a direct result of the selective enforcement that destroyed their jobs and legal recourse
