I feel your pain but there are only two options for change that we as members, can actually accomplish: 1) get working members elected as Delegates to the next GC. This is more than possible and you only need 51% of the GC Delegates to replace McCarron and his shit bag associates. 2) Get 25% of your Co-workers to sign cards to collectively bargain and represent them selves. Then you get an election administered by the NLRB and 51% wins. This is probably the best move. Odds are no one is going to replace McCarron and the Feds are gonna let him off the hook. So the next step is to just leave the UBC.
No one is ever going to stage a walk out or sick out, period. You either beat him at the polls or leave the UBC.

Did anyone notice the " save our apprenticeship" bullshit lasted 4 days?
