It's real inappropriate to have your wife as your Secretary Mike Capellie! Just like your big brother Frank Spencer who has his wife as his Secretary, How convenient,all that extra $$$$$ and International pension for their wife's its as bad as Doug McCarrons girl friend being the Executive administrator of the SWRCC Pension & Health & Welfare funds! What skill does McCarron possess, other the then BULL S___TER? Listening and reading the transcript tells the real story, he is certainly not confident about the subject matter, and sounds like a grade-schooler on the defensive.
