How can one validate those claims??? Well one way is to compare the nature of those allegations to his record as a UBC member, manager, and General President. Has he behaved in a self serving, vindictive, unethical, irresponsible, and criminal way as the General President of the UBC that aligns with these allegations?? Yes.

Mike Cappelli is, or already has, negotiated his punishment with the Feds in exchange for his cooperation prior to his recent retirement/resignation.
