IN ANOTHER GLARING EXAMPLE OF THE CORRUPTION AND FAILURE OF OUR COURT SYSTEMS WE HAVE BEEN DENIED A DECISION AT THE 9TH CIRCUIT.A DECISION THAT MAY HAVE STOPPED SOME CHICKEN SHIT LEGAL HACK LIKE DAN CROOKED TEETH SHANLEY FROM USING SECTION 501 AND THE FEDERAL COURTS TO WAGE FURTHER PERSECUTION CAMPAIGNS AGAINST THOSE THAT TELL THE UBC TO KISS THEIR ASS
SHANELY ALSO FILED TO DISMISS THE LAST REMAINING BS CASES OF LIES AGAINST SHAPIRO/ORTH IN THE FEDERAL COURT.
SO LET ME ASK. WITH ALL THE LIES AND BS FILED AGAINST SHAPIRO IN FEDERAL COURT, WITH ALL THE LIES AND BS TOLD BY THOSE WHO HAVE SINCE BEEN REWARDED BY THE INTERNATIONAL RATS WITH COUNCIL AND LOCAL POSITIONS AND WITH ALL THE LIES AND BS TOLD BY THE INTERNATIONAL RATS TO THE OLMS AND USED AS JUSTIFICATION FOR THE BS TRUSTEESHIP
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SHAPIRO WAS NOT FOUND GUILTY OF A SINGLE THING IN COURT??

Of course this was going to happen there is no other possible outcome with UBC related litigation. This is the pattern: the UBC wrongfully fires someone, then that person sues the UBC then UBC barks loud in court and else where, until it comes to time go to trial, when they settle with the plaintiff in full with our money.
At this point it should be an all out effort to start a RTW case against the UBC in Federal Court as soon as possible. No Vote, No Dues!!
Right to work is the only way to burn it down.. or force the ubc to serve the members which means firing and auditing all in appointed roles.. banning them from mbrship..
Prosecute them to the full extent of the law.
