No. 1 a RICO suit would be filed in Federal Court.
No. 2 the DOL and the NLRB have no standing what so ever in a RICO case brought by the members against the UBC. The DOL and NLRB are two separate federal agencies that pertain to employment.
No. 3 Trump’s appointment to the NLRB that ruled in favor of the member against the MUP program is the only thing the working member got from the Trump administration. That doesn’t diminish the significance of that win.
No. 4 at this point the only venue the membership can take down team McCarron is in Federal court. He and his associates have no advantage there. The last thing they want is to be deposed under oath. That’s why he settles every case brought against him.
