They consolidated the cases and they are now under Case number Case 1:26-cv-10137.. Last filing was 8/31/2026.Both parties asked for a protective order and the court gave it to them. Not sure what documents will be on the docket going forward

Does anyone, other than Doug McCarron's paid lackeys, think McCarron is a leader of labor? McCarron was not much of a carpenter, with very little union work hours . . . and with this limited working experience, McCarron could never understand the struggles of working people. Just listen to McCarron's public speaking narrative, McCarron has rehashed the same old dialogue, to the membership, for nearly 50 years. It's incredible that McCarron is still has an official position with the union. His longevity, as general president, is only due to all the UBC Constitutional rule changes McCarron has made to protect his interest, while destroying the Carpenters Union democracy in the process. Now nearing 80 years old, and even with a new, much younger look, McCarron will attempt to continue duping the membership into believing that he is the greatest thing since soft-served ice cream.
About four or five years ago, the North Atlantic State regional Council of Carpenters. Funds thought it would be prudent to increase a single pay participant to the same cost as a family plan. No explanation was ever given. Never had a problem helping a fellow brother out, but certainly have an issue covering myself and someone else’s family as well.
I don’t think any member believes McCarron’s bullshit anymore. Not even McCarron believes his own bullshit. He doesn’t care at all what the membership or anyone else thinks which is why he steals in plain site.
